"You fight like a girl." Really don't get why "like a girl" ever became an insult, when there are so many incredible women in the world. I felt like drawing this because I feel like it's so relevant at the moment, especially with the #HeForShe and #ThisGirlCan campaigns. Don't let anyone, of any gender, put you down. We all get called countless names everyday - annoying, a liar, a bitch.. But just because you get called something doesn't mean that you are it. Don't let a name define you - don't let being a 'girl' limit you, and in the same way for boys, don't let society choose how you have to act. Rant over.

There are some beautiful rocks on the beach where I live, and when I was younger I always used to imagine them being mermaid homes haha 🙈So I decided to take a picture of some and draw Ariel with them, making my childhood imagination a reality (almost!)
