MARIO X POKÉMON CROSSOVER!

I am working on a Mario and Pokémon Crossover called the Shroomia Region! Here are the starters.

Shroomian Bulbasaur, Charmander, and Squirtle!

Shroomian Bulbasaur (Grass) [Overgrow/Overgrow HA: Effect Spore]

Shroomian Bulbasaur grows a Mushroom on its back. The spores from it contain healing properties as well as some other capabilities, they usually like shaded areas more, coming out more at night so their mushrooms can grow further.

Shroomian Charmander (Fire) [Blaze/Blaze HA: Flame Body]

Shroomian Charmander is very gluttonous, eating any berry it sees! The flame on its short tail gets larger the fuller it is.

Shroomian Squirtle (Water) [Torrent/Torrent HA: Mega Launcher]

Shroomian Squirtle are usually very cowardly and protective. They almost always hide in their shells at the first sign of danger. Inside the shell they have amazing defense, able to slide around almost anywhere to hit blocks or other enemies.

TEAL MASK SPOILERS!

So! In the Teal Mask there is the Bloodmoon Beast, Ursaluna. Now, I believe that the reason why it still exists at this time is because of one reason!

It has a special blessing passed down in its genetic code. It is the decent of the Ride Ursaluna in PLA! My main evidence for this is how tied Perrin is to Adaman.

The diamond Clan has its base in the Crimson Mirelands, and even one of its members was saved because Ursaluna tracked her down from her scent. This leads me to believe that After PLA, perhaps through the space time Distortions it led to Ursaluna becoming near immortal!

Combine that with how it lives in the Timeless Woods, where white striped basculin live, it makes sense to me that this very special Pokémon is linked to the Ride Pokémon you met in Hisui.
