Day 1 of trying out Tim Ferriss's '4 Hour Body' food plan and slow-carb 1 weight loss plan. I'm trying to reinvent myself, since being here in Australia has made me lapse.

I have to photograph and publish all my food to hold myself accountable for what I'm eating.

So here we go;

Breakfast: 3 egg whites, 1 egg yolk scrambled eggs. Pinto beans, carrots, beans, peppers and cauliflower with salt, pepper and garlic mexican seasoning. 1 cup of green tea.

Do not kiss the boy who looks at you like you are the answer to the question he has been asking himself all his life. This is is easier said than done. He will have a wishing well of a mouth, and as much as you want to believe what he says is true, you should know that his lips are hiding lies between each crinkle of his smile. I buy all your favorite foods so I will be ready when you come home because once I did this and you said “This is how I know you love me.” I go on long walks alone and think about a poem my friend wrote that goes ”This is how you die by distance.” I hum the sound of the dial tone under my breath. I stare at my hands and wonder at their uses. I consider pawning my thighs. I consider auctioning off my hip bones. I put my breasts in a box on the top shelf of the closet. I do not need them now.
