It's a very difficult question, but I'll try to answer it as simply as possible.

I try to watch a wide variety of artworks (comics, illustrations, paintings, novels, films... everything!) .

Another thing I usually do is to study techniques.

I believe it is important to learn the good points of other people's work and to draw thoughtfully!
