@waspabi 's fanfic, 'Hermione Granger's Hogwarts Crammer for Delinquents on the Run' might just be possibly my very favourite drarry fanfic ever.

I started reading published books again in the YA genre after the fic and I am shocked by how this unpublished fanmade piece outdoes some published ones in style, wit, ease of reading, fluidiy, characters etc.

The story is absolute bomb. Such an interesting take on the books, and finally a fic with such a story focused take!!! The romance is a side story almost and it tangles so well together with the main arc, it grows organically and beautifully. It's just - IT'S SO ENJOYABLE.

The characters live and breathe and move and you can SEE THEM ALL SO CLEARLY. They are so real you feel like you can reach out and touch them in the scene. It truly is magic.

This is the first time in a long while when I read a book and I could actually picture a character's every single feature. Harry especially felt so real, so solid to me, I very clearly saw him in my head and miraculously managed to render that image onto a canvas. So there you go.

I know the author said they didnt want to continue the story and honestly I dont blame them, this was massive work I'm sure - but if theres a kickstarter or a GoFundMe for a second book sometime... sign me up 💰💰💰💰💰

The burnish are gone, the planet is safe... but I couldn't help thinking how Lio must have felt after his powers, a huge part of his being for so long were suddenly taken away, pouring out of his body, back into some far away place in the universe.

Sooo still struggling with art block. So I went for something absolutely different, a style I have never done before. I took a look at around 6 of my favourite artists, learned from them and then let my own preferences shape the drawings further. So there. Practice with my characters, Orin and Emmeline. They'll be back later to this blog but its getting late here tonight so they have to be tucked into bed now and patted on the head lovingly

Hi tumblr and welcome to my new and freshly moved blog! Thanks if you decide to join me here as well.

So after a lot of thought I decided to post this - I'm making comic based on a Drarry fic. (ohgodohgod) Fic by digthewriter.

I wasn't sure if I should do this as you see I'm brilliant at not finishing projects and I didn't want to show a half finished project to the interwebz. But I guess now I have to, right? Haha! Hah, hahaha.... ha...

I've been struggling a lot with my art skills. For over two years now, whenever I was drawing something, practicing over and over again, I felt it's just not great, I dont like it and I didn't know why. It was pretty depressing considering drawing WAS basically my life and I grew up using my drawing skills to socialise and to take pride in. I associated myself with my art and having that rotting away in front of my eyes was not a happy place.

But I decided to force myself a little after waiting for such a long time. I always had this vague dream of having my own comic made someday. I'm still unsure if that day will ever come, but I wanted to at least prepare for it a little? I wanted to finally do something, like a project that will boost my confidence at drawing a little again. Something that reminds me the of the joy of it. Something to FINISH.So here it is. It's not great, it's not bad but this is where I am at the moment and I will work on it to get better. But I need to be a functioning adult and actually finish a project no matter what. Self discipline eh?

Plan is that I post a new page each week.

Blog move!

Hey guys! So truth is I’m a complete noob for tumblr and managed to make the mistake of setting up my drawing blog a couple months ago under my other, primary craft blog, making said art blog a secondary one.

Little did I know this would mess up my ability to reply to messages or submit and so on.

So even though this blog is only a few months old I had to move to a new one to make my art blog a primary one with the full benefits.
