I be the unveiler of my latest creation of Macaan wood 💥

This wood is the first of the ones I'm adding to the end, making up structures and serving as a great gradient piece between crimson wood and exposed purpleheart !

Now that I have a reason to start over in some aspects, I decided to redo my mod wood bookshelf textures !! the old set was kind of dull looking and included a wood I've scrapped and replaced (feature of that new one coming soon !!!)

I jus realized that I made rhis post last week but never actually posted it bro has been chilling in my drafts

OUGHHHHHH my omputer broke due to a power supply issue (but is repairable !) and now I cannot actually make the post I was planning on making, however I do have a character design practice I did on my phone at least, and odds are I will be posting my regular minecraft content by the end of the month !

as a brief break from my hiatus (which only has about a month left !), I have news about Biome Expanse ! I have decided that I will not be updating the mod to 1.20 when the option is available as not only are there conflicting materials (with bamboo thatch blocks and sakura having new vanilla counterparts with the bamboo blocks and cherry blossom trees), but I also feel that 1.20 does not look good or play well, to the point which I feel my mod would be a better experience without the new vanilla additions

so just bc I've been so busy, I'm finally making my hiatus official, but dw !!!!! I'll be back within two months at the very most !

i really love your work!! i would love to hear more about the mod you're working on, does it have a name? do you have any idea when you might be publishing it? no need to answer if you don't want to, just curious to know more :]

I'm not certain when I'll publish it, but right now I'm calling it Biome Expanse (though I might change that !)

hello is your mod posted anywhere? and is it planned to be fabric or forge?

it hasn't beet posted yet (I recently had to restart development bc it got corrupted :( ) but it's a forge mod which I plan to post to curseforge and github !

uehehe this one is a favorite of mine actually ! this is purpleheart (based on a real wood), a rare tree that populates hot and warm biomes with a vibrant purple wood whose color decays under sunlight ! I do plan on having savanna villagers use buildings made of it, even using gradient patterns !

behold result of me messing around ! the big spire with the glowing bit was inspired by the architecture of the sentients from warframe but otherwise I was just messing around !
