H O R SE I made a short film! It’s about a horse, struggling to exist

Here’s a really fun project I worked on toward the end of last year.  MTV WCS approached me and asked if I could create a 15 second ident for them. I had complete creative freedom to do what I wanted, it just had to exude the emotion ‘Happy’ and follow this colour scheme. I also did the sound design & voiced the little creatures. So much fun!

It’s Monster Project time again! This is my 4th year taking part in this wonderful project, which pairs school kids with professional artists to create a horde of magical monsters. This year my brilliant Monster collaborator was Reagan, from Austin, Texas. I hope she likes my take on her magnificent creation! I was fortunate enough to be one of a series of artists tasked to illustrate their take on one of the characters from the excellent Tekken 7. I picked Kuma, as he's been a firm favourite of mine since the first Tekken on PS1. Plus, he slaps people with a giant salmon. SALMON! I animated my Trump dispenser. First time playing with fluid dynamics in a long while. Really impressed with how far Phoenix FD has come.

This was the monster I had for this year’s Monster Project, a fantastic project that teams up school kids and artists, creating a whole bunch of monsters. It’s always such an incredibly fun thing to be part of and this year was no different.
