I've always assumed she's an adult, she's CERTAINLY an adult in Muffeteertale (she's like, 30) but apparently some people think she's a child?? Which to be fair, she is kinda tiny, and named after the nursery rhyme 'Little Miss Muffet' who is a kid. But I just assumed it was because she was a spider, and I feel like Toby would've made it clear she's a child? Idk

Muffet essentially owns his SOUL, and that's an easy way to make a buck. She also can temporarily allow others to have his SOUL, renting him out for a couple hours to the highest bidder. Regardless of their intentions.

Both I'd say! It's likely I'll never make like, actually comics or a fic, so I'll just straight up say that at some point he does escape. It's an unlikely ally that helps him, actually

He is however, permanently 'changed' both mentally and physically.

Mentally, he's got like... PTSD x6 and a shit ton of other mental burdens. Eveb if he tried to act fairly chill while in her control, he was still forced to do some pretty messed up shit, and had some messed up shit done to him.

And physically, he would have webbing scars on his SOUL, a few web scars on his bones, and the outlines of muffets eyes on his skull. His magic would also permanently be altered, as he could no longer use blue magic, but use purple instead.
