Tohru Adachi post-P4AU reference sheet for my roleplay shenanigans on Twitter! He's out of jail after some years (around 5, just to give an estimate) because he couldn't get sentenced for the supernatural nature of the murders, but he still got imprisoned for the committed adjacent crimes to the case. Nekuro is a really old OC of mine, dating back to my years of high school when I was developing a universe centered around a magical post-apocalyptic story featuring hybrid anthro animals. The project is discontinued (kinda) but I have kept the OCs

He's sort of a zombie cat, but instead of being dead and risen by a virus, parasite, or necromancy he is still "alive", but aether has taken over his body. Aether is a physical manifestation of magic in a gaseous state.

The pink body parts replace chopped-off limbs and are pure aether: like an echo of his body. The reason why he's in this condition is that he is a failed lab rat, used to discover a way to artificially create magic-touched creatures Aether like most forms of magic is mysterious and ineffable, and its inner workings are yet to be revealed, however, when magic is not being controlled turns volatile and corruptive, like a dying animal that fights for its survival, eating and expanding itself like a disease
