Here we have Kuru'wä, his father Il'kari, his older brother Sìkll and Tulìpey's father Ra'van, doing repairs on some weaved structures until an unexpected statement gets dropped that forces the work to stop.

Someone asked why Ra'van would be here, that is because he is not only the assigned storyteller of the tribe but also the best handyman! His craftmanship is adored by many in the tribe and he is funny enough good friends with the chief, although their kids dont get along... well didnt get along, i guess? lol

But basically, it is showing Kuru'wä's peculiar way of apologising by gifting Tulìpey an old forgotten toy that he whittled, a wooden carved Toruk! The toy that Kuru'wä himself once stole from Tulìpey and threw into the bonfire, destroying it! Yor'näm is very amused by this whole situation lol

As Yor'näm prepared to depart to continue her journey, she suggested Tulìpey to join her. Tulìpey was intriguing by the proposition, their father was a past traveller himself, they might meet Na'vi similar to them, the idea made so much sense to them.

It wasn't Kuru'wä's poor attempts of persuasion or his desperate please that was holding them back, although Tulipey doesn't want to admit that those also added to their dilemma.

The reason was much simpler, it was the tribe life, contributing to the community they so proudly created a reputation for. Leaving what they build themselves behind just to run away from the occasional headaches that tribe life was bringing in wasn't like Tulìpey.

Ps. Kuru'wä is such a loser, just the idea that Tulìpey would leave made the guy shut down

Did Tulipey and Kuru'wä come after the Sully’s time? I’m rlly curious.

No! Tulìpey and Kuru'wä are from a different sea Na'vi tribe that is a bit far from the Metkayina clan, but they do still get informed about the Sullys arrival and situation/ gossip etc

Time wise, Tulìpey and Kuru'wä were already kids (around 6/7 years old) when Jake became Toruk Makto!
