She’s definitely thinking about them at that time, hence why they flick by SO fast. However, they were sent to her. People (from her old school) sent them with the intent of being malicious and making her feel like an even bigger outcast when she already knows she’s the “biggest loser in a faithless society”.So in a sense, they’re actually both. Knowing that this is REAL and people are actually cyber-bullied/bullied in general makes me question humanity.

1. What the heck? I’m actually so confused. So Yousef can just waltz back into Sana’s life whenever, wherever? Where’s Sana’s strong girl personality gone? I feel ilike this character mindset has become quite inconsistent, just like Noora’s (feminism, celibacy to a certain degree, etc) from season 2 to now. Hmm. Even though I feel some type of salt towards both Yousef and Noora, YOUSEF IS THE ONE I BLAME. HE pursued Sana. HE went out of his way to approach her. HE made it seem like he wanted to take things further. Therefore, YOUSEF HAD THE MOST TO LOSE. Sana’s on such a disconnect with her “friends”; she never even told Noora that she liked Yousef, so how was this new addition to the Carrot Life supposed to know? Seriously though, my eyes were squinted throughout the WHOLE rasclaat scene (except for when I saw my baby Elias, how you doing). 2. Hold up. You mean to to tell me that Elias ‘when you’re sad, I’m sad’ Bakkoush can’t be forgiven after continuously apologizing? Something’s off. Something’s way off. But Sana can play ball with Yousef ‘f*ckboy in the making’ Acar? Absolutely f*cking not, I say in the voice of Queen Tiffany Pollard. And peep the cyclical use of basketball to ‘unite’ Yousef and Sana. Yet, this time there’s blatant disconnect; Elias breaks whatever moment they were having. There’s no conclusion, no talking about their issues. There’s no peace. Sana, you better take yo ass back to the prayer mat and get your peace there cos you ain’t gon get it from Yousef, baby. 3. Back to Noora. The way Sana was looking at her fam. I really feel like the character development of Sana has halted man. Where’s the face adversity head on (like finding a way to sell all the tissue, pouring a drink on Sara and co, etc) vibe gone? And when she asked Sana if she wanted anything, Sana’s facial expression was like “B*tch, B*ITCH, I don’t wantcho f*ckin McD’s ho”. YOUSEF IS TO BLAME so go for HIM (my poor, little heart is still rooting for Yousana though, don’t get it twisted). These last few scenes have had me leaning back in my seat like

I don’t know, I just wasn’t impressed. Like, I know it’s my fault for having such high expectations but my face stayed passive throughout the ‘fight’ scene. I mean, I go to a girls school, okay. I was expecting guns out, chipped teeth, tufts of hair flying about, someone laying unconscious in the background, full on war. We just didn’t get that. All we got was a little bit of shoving, swear words and an overactive camera (wo)man. Hmm.
