Hey,

I’ve been on hiatus for a while.

Truthfully, I’ve been feeling defeated about my art— for years now. Nothing new.

I’ve always felt out of place. Never managed to truly bond with people, online or otherwise. Constantly felt rejected, as a person and an artist.

Never thought that I created anything meaningful. Never felt like I touched people with my bullshit art.

I tried very hard to meet people, connect, create things that might speak to others. In the end, I don’t even know who I am. Besides someone forgettable and insignificant. This is true for my life in general.

I don’t know where I am going with this. I guess I just wanted to be truthful, announce that I don’t know when I’ll break the hiatus. If I ever will.

Life looks particularly bleak to me lately. And I’m afraid I have nothing really to contribute.

If you don’t mind I’ll answer this one publicly as I’ve received this question a few times lately —if it’s an issue let me know and I’ll delete it.

First of all, thank you immensely for your interest, it means a lot to me, truly.

I‘ve been thinking of printing some of my portrait illustrations and also turning them into stickers. In fact, I ordered some that should arrive soon to check the quality and readability on a smaller size…

The only “issue” is that I’m unsure how many people would sincerely be interested in purchasing them, so either I could order a very limited amount or wait for more people to show interest.

But either way, it’s been on my mind for some time now… I’ll keep you all updated.

Oh, and perhaps this post could serve as an interest check ? Let me know what you think.
