I'm 100% on the boat of "Rouge can dish it, but she can't take it" when it comes to flirting with Knuckles. She can drop a one-liner that leaves Knuckles blushing and shaking his fist like it's her job, but the second he manages a halfway-suave clapback, her brain just short-circuits and she forgets what words are.
