I've been reading a lot of God!Percy fics recently and even some that include God!Annabeth it's got me thinking about what him and the 7 and even Nico and the rest would actually be the gods of if they ever did ascend.
Annabeth would be the goddess of Survival, Fortitude, and Rebuilding. Athena is the goddess of wisdom and battle strategy but she is also the patron goddess of crafts, paired with Annabeth's love of architecture and how her life as a whole has been her surviving and enduring what life has thrown at her, as well as my headcanon that Annabeth's first instinct in a fight is to search for an escape route just all comes together in my head. And I feel like Athena being well known for her shield Ageis isn't brought up enough in reference to her children. To me, Annabeth is the kind of person to claw tooth and nail to protect what she cares about, whether that's enduring and persevering or cutting their losses and retreating. She won't lose what she cares for and will rebuild where she can like she always has and I think that that would shine through the brightest in godhood.
Piper would be the goddess of Self-Love or Philautiua, which is the Greek concept. Needless to say that being a daughter of Aphrodite makes making her domain love-related an obvious choice, Piper's whole character arc sort of revolves around her finding herself and growing comfortable in who she is. Embracing who she is and what she can do and growing exponentially because of it. So many pivotal moments for her had to do with embracing her power, her heritage, and her family, it just makes the most sense to me.
Leo would be the God of Innovation, NOT invention. Hephaestus is already considered the god of invention regardless so that kind of takes that domain off the board to begin with but I felt like innovation fit more anyway. Invention implies that new ideas are brought to life from seemingly nothing but innovation takes preexisting things and seeks to utilize them differently and build upon them which fits SO well for Leo's character. Leo's whole magnum opus is making a flying ship. He makes it out of Festus. He finds the blueprints for the Archimedes spheres and immediately finds all kinds of new uses for them. I constantly see in fics that he manages to make phones that are safe for demigods to use using divine metals and mist magic. I also think that it's incredibly poetic that the the God of Invention's one divine son who took after his more craftsmen-like traits would be the God of Innovation.
I feel like Jason would become the God of Responsibility and Obligation. Ignoring for a second the irony of Zeus of all gods siring the God of Responsibility, there are a few things about Jason that just make this feel right. From the beginning when we meet Jason, we already see him rising to perceived expectations and claiming responsibility. He protects people who claim they're his friends despite not having any memory of them, going so far as to jump off a cliff to save one of them barely a few hours after meeting. Then he almost immediately takes on a quest from a goddess, for all intents and purposes, he just met. Like yeah he felt like doing it would be the key to reawakening his memories but that doesn't negate the way he takes responsibility for protecting his friends and saving Hera/Juno. He spends the entirety of HOO feeling like he has a responsibility to do better, to lead everyone, to keep it together. Hell, he dies because he takes on the responsibility of helping Apollo with his quest. His fatal flaw is his indecision with important things because he's afraid of letting people down. Responsibility is who he is and I truly believe that.
Frank would be the God of Change. Like forgetting for a second that he's a shapeshifter, Frank is a descendent of the God of the ever-changing sea and the son of the God of War. Ignoring the inherent ugliness and the corruption that exists in war most of the time, war is ultimately an agent of change. Revolutions and coups are fights for change and liberation. And Frank's entire character arc is surrounded and filled with change. He started the series as a baby-faced and timid guy who could barely talk to the girl he liked or stand up for himself. Then he finds out he's the son of Mars, which no one expected, bringing one of the first appearances of a god at Camp Jupiter almost immediately after Juno and a quest delivered directly to him. He experiences several moments where his confidence is tested and comes out stronger every time. He braves down hundreds of monsters in Venice and receives the Blessing of Mars physically changing him. He gets made Praetor in the field and literally turns the tide of their predicament and almost every fic I've read that addresses his praetorship assumes he ushers in significant change to the Legion. Change is just woven into his character and I can't not see it.
I think Hazel would be the Goddess of Blessings and Curses in equal measure. I'm not entirely sure where the idea came from, It's more or less just a feeling. Hazel grows up in Louisiana in the 30s where racism and sexism were heavily prevalent, especially in the south, and was cursed with an ability that could provide her limitless wealth but would bring death on any who would dare lay a hand on it with a mother who treated her horribly and then met a fate that ripped her from her love and ended her short life at 13. Needless to say, one would call that a "cursed" life. When she escapes the Underworld after the Doors of Death are opened, she finds an abundance of love in the form of her brother Nico, her boyfriend Frank, her friends the seven, and even the love of her father as well as power beyond what she thought she was capable of. Hecate herself claimed that Hazel had the potential to manipulate the mist and nearly bend reality to her will to a small degree. I'm not really sure if I'm articulating this well enough to explain it but I just think it fits.
Nico would be the God of Shadows and Hidden Things. Erebus may already be the Primordial of Darkness and Shadows but I mean this more like how Zeus' domain is the Sky but Ouronous IS the Sky. I was originally gonna make Nico the God of Shadows and Secrets but Harpocrates is already the God of Secrets, Silence, and Confidentiality so I opted for making Nico the God of Hidden Things and making secrets part of it and simply a bit of overlap. There's plenty of overlap in the domains and responsibilities of Greek gods anyway so we're gonna ignore that. Nico's character is wrapped up in secrecy throughout the entirety of his story from TTC to BOO. His identity as a son of Hades is kept secret, his motivations during TBOTL are kept secret, his sexuality and his crush on Percy are kept secret, and not a single one of those are freely given either. The fact that he even lives, that he survived Zeus' attempt on his and his sister's lives is kept secret for 70 years. Nico is a generally reserved and secretive person and tends to instinctually hide, figuratively or literally. It just feels very fitting for his character. I also like the idea of the Ghost King receiving the secrets that the dead have taken to their graves.
And last but not least Percy Jackson, Prince of Tides, Patron God of Demigods, God of Quests and Fate. I like to think that Percy having achieved nearly everything that every famous Greek hero has or something equivalent and having saved Olympus and the world twice simply in the span of less than two decades and also managing to survive Tartarus makes him an agent of the Fates. Like The Fates may weave fate but they can't weave anything without the thread and Percy representing that thread, that agent of unpredictability, that independent variable that builds on itself to create fate just tickles the brain. Demigods can go anywhere, do anything, and challenge anyone. They don't have to follow any rules beyond the consequences they're not willing to take and I think we can all agree that Percy is THE Demigod. He embodies what it means to be a demigod and demigods embody what it means to be and do anything. I also like to think that being the embodiment of that chance, that unpredictability, in addition to what he inherited from his father's domain also places natural disasters under his domain. He can conjure storms, summon personal hurricanes, cause floods and earthquakes, theoretically induce droughts and cause heat waves and snow storms by manipulating the water temperature of the vapor in the air, and has caused a volcano to erupt. Like Poseidon's domain encompasses everything between the Underworld and Olympus and Percy is most definitely his father's son.
Some honorable mentions
Thalia could be the Goddess of Independence and/or Rebellion
Grover would be the new God of the Wild Places
Will could be the God of Sunshine and Warmth (I haven't read the Trails of Apollo or TSATS so I haven't really gotten much of his characterization so I can't say much but the idea that he could use concentrated sunlight to give someone cancer if he wanted is definitely a thought)
Reyna could be the Goddess of Leadership

Lvl 6 baby. Y'all can't tell me that the abstract concept of fear don't have immaculate dick
official monsterfucker scale
Level 1: Basically just humans with horns, or weird colored skin, or anything that leaves them almost able to pass as humans. Vampires land here, as well as incubus/succubus, elves, cyborgs, and catgirls. This doesn’t make you a monsterfucker.
Level 2: Semi-humans. Satyr, centaurs, naga, anything with a distinctly human face (may have horns/scales/weird eyes/weird ears). Orcs also fall in this category.
Level 3: Anthros. Humanoid animals or monsters, Walk upright, maybe wear clothes, Zootopia style. Non-human face.
Level 4: Semi-anthropomorphic non-humanoid animals or monsters. Walk hunched over or four legs but still have intelligence resembling human and the ability to communicate with humans. Non-human face. Trolls, werewolves, Venom.
Level 5: Non-humanoid animals or monsters. Dire wolves, giant snakes, plant monsters (Audrey 2).
Level 6: Distinctly monster. Godzilla. Giant skeletons. Abstract concepts of Fear without physical form. Things a human could not physically possibly fuck. Congrats, you’re a real one.

I’m either an eldritch horror, an old god, or chaos incarnent. Either way, I cause confusion and frustration and I feed off it.
I have one goal and life and that’s to confuse everyone on what I am, not even if I’m just a boy or a girl, if I’m human or not.
