bolo de laranja low cal
tentei a versão chiffon, mas n tava dando certo e fiz um bolo comum msm. Ele NÃO É VERSÃO SAUDAVEL, só é menos calórico.
INGREDIENTES
3/4 açúcar / 120g
1 xícara farinha de trigo / 110g
60ml água
2 ovos
10g fermento químico
suco de 1 laranja
MODO DE PREPARO
com uma batedeira, bata os ovos por 5 minutos. Depois vá adicionando, aos poucos, o açúcar e batendo. Quando terminar de adicionar todo o açúcar, bata por mais 30 segundos. Adicione um pouco da água, o suco de laranja e um pouco da farinha (peneirada). Bata na velocidade mais baixa só para misturar os ingredientes. Repita o processo até terminar todos ingredientes. Pra finalizar, adicione o fermento e misture delicadamente com uma espátula. Leve ao forno pré-aquecido a 180 graus por +/- 20-25 minutos, ou até vc cravar um palito e ele sair limpo e seco.

4. Sleeping Beauty🎀🩰 3 bites of whatever food you want 2 times a day
5. Belle🌼📚 fifth day already!!! good job we’re almost halfway there! today you’ll eat 450 calories, and drink tea when you feel hunger
6. Jasmine🩵🧞‍♀️yummy! fruits and veggies all day, no more than 500 calories tho^^
7. Pocahontas🌞🪵 raw food only!! 400 calories will be the perfect amount for today
8. Mulan🗡️🦢 Green health tea for breakfast and dinner, and for lunch a cup of white delicious rice

Go to sleep at 9:00-9:30 pm and fall asleep listening to subliminals, they help me with motivation.
