Yo, it's been forever since I've posted. I really haven't been drawing a whole lot recently as I've been ridiculously busy, but here's a doodle I did of dashi on some school work.

THEY ABSOLUTELY DO

It just fucking sucks how difficult it is to enforce any sort of change, and that fact in and of itself is proof of how so fundamentally flawed the system is. (Which could very easily be said for the entire government, but I digress).

They deserve so much respect and appreciation that they just don't get.

I'll be about of it soon. One year left to go in high school for me, and I'm looking forward to starting my life, but I realize how impactful my education and the people have given me that education have been. It's hard for me to believe how many people don't share that same sentiment.

Extremely random, but I get absolutely heated over these topics. As the daughter of a teacher, I know PERSONALLY just how awful you pieces of shit can be, and I hope every one of you (WHO ARE UNWILLING TO CHANGE), and your bitchass parents who raised you like this, dies slowly and painfully <3

RIGHT!? OH MY FUCKING GOOOODDDDD

NO AND WHAT"S WORSE IS IN SOME STATES (I live in one such state) TEACHERS ARE LEGALLY UNABLE TO GO ON STRIKE OTHERWISE THEY RISK LOSING THIER TEACHERS LICENSE, WHICH IS ONE OF THE MOST REIDICULOUSLY COUNTERPRODUCTIVE THINGS I'VE EVER FUCKING HEARD??????

SO, the system sucks all around and they literally can't do a thing to try and improve it. The only thing teachers can do is PAY a monthly fee to join a teacher's union which "advocates" for better work environments for them. I'm sure you can guess how well that works out. OH and then what's INSANE to me is that so many good teachers don't think they deserve better!?!! They're so used to it being the norm that they're just like "Oh well" AND IT'S INSANE TO ME!!!

OH OH OH AND HERE'S THE FUCKING KICKER!! IN MY STATE THEY RAISED THE INITIAL SALARY FOR NEW TEACHERS SO MORE PEOPLE WOULD BE MOTIVATED TO GO INTO TEACHING, SO FRESH OUT OF COLLEGE, NO EXPERIENCE, YOUNG ADULTS ARE GETTING PAYED THE SAME, IF NOT MORE, THAN TEACHER'S WHO HAVE BEEN DOING IT 20+ YEARS

IT MAKES ME SO ANGRY HOW BADLY THE SYSTEM TREATS THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE, ARGUABLY, THE MOST IMPORTANT JOB THERE IS.

OH MY GOD I DESPISE IT WHEN PEOPLE DO THIS like holy fuck this shit pisses me off so much.

I 100% agree, and I don't think I'll ever understand why it happens so much and so often, because it DOES. I have so much respect for teachers just because of the amount of work they have ALONE, not even including the little fucking assholes (and if they're a high school you have near fucking adults treating you like trash and it's like GET TF OUT GROW UP THEYRE JUST TRYING TO DO THEIR JOB) they deal with on a DAILY. Their whole job is to try and make sure that the students succeed and can get through school and do WELL. The amount of people that don't realize that actually baffle me.

It is partially because of parents, but from I've seen it be just because a student doesn't like/want to be in school. Which, fine, whatever, don't do your work, but DON'T treat the teacher like shit just because you don't wanna be fucking responsible and DEAL with it. (I'm directing this mostly to middle and high school kids, I get that an elementary student isn't going to have the mental capacity to really regulate that). FUCK it pisses me off so much.

As long as a teacher is doing their job (and I have had a few that don't) they will have my utmost respect, and I will forever defend them (and I have done so before) from anyone who treats them badly without warrant.

LIKE FUCL OFF I HOPE PEOPLE LIKE THAT DIE SAD AND ALONE THEY DESERVE TO HAVE THEIR SKIN PEELED OFF AND THEN PUT BACK ON INSIDE OUT GUUUUUHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!
