On a group vacation, Hopper would be like “Okay everyone, you know the drill. Boys and girls in separate rooms.”

And Joyce would watch as Will and Mike, Eddie and Steve, Robin and Nancy, and Jonathan and Argyle all giggle and walk off. Max would try to sneak off with Lucas but she isn’t subtle at all.

Joyce would just shake her head and say, “No, no, no. Nancy, El, Max, and Will in one room. Steve, Robin, and Jonathan together. Then, Eddie, Argyle, Lucas, Dustin, and Mike. No protesting.”

Hopper would send Joyce a look as everyone starts to groan, and Joyce would whisper, “Just trust me.”

robin takes max to her first pride. she yells at anyone who is getting in the way of making it easily wheelchair accessible because that's her little sister and she's protective. she paints rainbows on both of their cheeks and describes everything to max in vivid detail, which works for both of them because robin talks a lot and infodumps when she's excited and max loves listening.

Steve: 10 years ago today, I married my best friend…Eddie and Nancy are still angry about it but me and Robin were drunk and thought it was funny.

y'all know the real reason Murray HAD TO go with Joyce to rescue Hopper? no, not bc of his russian speaking abilities. because otherwise Murray would clock Ronance and Steddie so fast he'd majorly fuck up the Duffer brothers' dumb six little nuggets plan

dustin endlessly pestering eddie to get together with robin until eddie tells him he’s gay, and then dustin just blinks, takes a second and then starts pestering him to get together with steve

When Eddie graduated, he did exactly what he had promised:

Sometimes, if Eddie's Hellfire bandmates are busy and Steve's parents are away, Eddie goes to Steve's house to play his guitar without disturbing his neighbours at the trailer park

*Steve starts sobbing*

When Steve's parents come home unexpectedly and late at night, they often find Steve and Robin sleeping literally on top of each other on the couch surrounded by snacks.

Therefore, Steve's parents (like most people) assume Steve and Robin are dating. This, of course, isn't the case, they're just Platonic (with a capital P) buddies who like watching movies and cuddling.

Dustin sees Steve in Eddie's Hellfire shirt and because homosexuality simply does not occur to him he goes through about 40 mental gymnastics routines to explain why Steve has a Hellfire shirt

Eddie occasionally hosts more private, casual D&D sessions to teach new players and not overwhelm them.

Steve always comes along, and Robin often joins too.
