Another re-animation study of yyh. I tried to pause and draw the keys of yusuke's run cycle during the truck chase.

Mine looks a little goofy, but I'm genuinely proud of it. The storyboards I did for it actually worked well together with few needs for edits and breakdowns. I'm learning! Yay!

A re-animated piece of yu yu hakusho that I used to practice. Hiei won't ever beat the cat allegations. The right eye is weird, but I only noticed after I added color, so it stays like that now. Woops

Another small wip I'm definitely not gonna finish. I might add to the ending and have Damian throw his switch though.

I love how Damian enjoys slice of life Manga and tamer media pieces. You can't convince me this kid wouldn't have animal crossing and a plethora of farming games or tame dating sims.

Kafka hibino, Kaiju no. 8 sketches using watercolor pencils(and one very rough looking wolfwood from trigun.)

Does anyone else find the idea of Kafka needing glasses to read tiny font as a kaiju comedicly endearing? I do. There will probably be more sketches like this

Hiei animation practice.

I did this by drawing one frame and using the lasso and mesh tool to get everything looking at least somewhat ok. I did have to do clean up because there's only so much you can do with the lasso and mesh tool, but I have a better understanding on spacing now.

It still looks janky though

Another yyh fan animation. This was to experiment with camera angles and movements more than character movements. I'm fairly proud of the cross fade and the blood transitions.

Do you guys prefer Kuruma with black hair or red? I don't know which one I like because red is the more recognized, but black seems better in terms of color coordination with his outfits.

Ben 10 style notes. I really like Ben 10's monster designs, and since I wasn't allowed to watch this as a kid, I've filled 10 pages of my sketchbook with it. My favorite design was ghost freak with the cloak(I liked how they animated his eye)

Lots of messy Damian sketches. I'm trying to figure out what way I like to draw him the most, and so far, I like the curly perm look that the old comics gave Dick and Jason.

I don't like Damian's long hair in Batman and Robin, Father and Son. So I tried to make it wavier with loose curls. But I think I'm gonna change that.
