Kaiser is tolerable because he fights for himself. He thinks he’s worth the wrongs he does.

Ness is intolerable because he doesn’t have the capabilities to fight for himself, acknowledges that, and so decides to further someone whose very goal is to destroy another’s career. He doesn’t care about Kaiser’s football skills. Oh no. What he loves about Kaiser is that he is able to ruin someone else for pure entertainment. And that. Is unacceptable.
