I need to clear the air about a review of Intuitive Witchcraft. I do NOT advocate self-harm, I do NOT think Wicca practices are mandatory, and I do NOT think every witch should be in a coven. You know that I got the receipts too. 🧿 Scroll through to see some screen shots of my book. The fact that this video spread misinformation about me to thousands of people is disheartening. It has been removed, so at least there’s that. I’m a little concerned it did damage to my reputation, but I know it’s not worth stressing over. I don’t have the mental capacity for petty stuff, but I definitely needed to get this on the record. I would welcome reviews on the big websites if you haven’t written one yet, with phrases like “so many options!” no mandatory beliefs or practices!” the section on a little pain was responsibly worded” (if you feel that way). I want to give a big shout out to the people who responded on Twitter yesterday with feedback about it. I captured some of it on the last frame. 💜💜💜 And guess what. So far, no one has DM’d me about it. I think the reviewer was confused, overly dramatic, or their fear-based thinking didn’t allow them to read the whole paragraph about a little pain. I cleaned up my main/center altar for a Llewellyn promotion about my practice, intuitive witchcraft. This photo shows what I have before me ever morning—tarot, a candle, some plant matter for burning, a big singing bowl, and my book of shadows. It’s the place I take my coffee to sort through dreams and divine the day. I always follow my intuition about how many cards to pull, what to burn, whom to call upon, and how long to meditate. I have galaxy ombré hair!! 💕💜💙🖤 When I’m not actively creating something, I express it through my appearance more. All of that magical energy needs to find an outlet. I’ve been having a great time since I turned my book in a week ago. I’ve danced with my fire girls, wrote a blog about how strange experiences make you look at the world differently, spent some time with my beloved, and went to yoga. It feels so good to expand my energy again! I know I’ll be back at work on the second draft soon, but for now, I’m enjoying my time. What do you do when you finish a creative project?
