Ultimate Summer Body Guide by Krissy Cela
Yes, still a client of Krissy with her new summer body guide 😍 I couldn't not have it! Once you work with her you won't want to stop! This is how much I liked her personalised nutrition plan 🙈
This plan is seriously a masterpiece! It's a 12 week workout plan that incudes a beauty section and some nutrition background to help you get in shape for summer! 👙✨ It has everything we need eheh
On the 1st of May I started the workout plan and oh... It literally KILLED ME! 😂 It was quads and calves day and I'm still sore for it ahahah my heart went crazy and I was sweating a lot by lifting weights and doing supersets! If you want to try challenging killer workouts I recommend you to try one of Krissy's plans 🙈💓

4 week meal plan by Krissy Cela
Hi! This is my very first post on my blog and I’m so excited to talk about what made me CHANGE in and out in just ONE month! This 4 week journey taught me a lot and Krissy gave me so much support, inspiration, motivation and love through all the weeks to help me reach my goals! She never left me alone and always replied to all my emails whenever I had questions and doubts. She was always there giving me advice and supporting me with kind words 💕
Now I’m so full of motivation and inspiration that I wanted to run this blog to keep me motivated, track my progress and sharing with you my fitness and nutrition experience 🙈
I’m talking about the 4 week personalised nutrition plan by the amazing Krissy Cela! She made this plan solely for my personal needs and goals. The plan had many delicious meals that were clean, healthy and sooo easy to make! Being a uni student with no money it was very difficult to have enough time to cook and eat clean, so this plan literally SAVED ME 😝
Changes I noticed:
I lost 1,5 kg in 1 month and I haven’t lost weight for ages! This was really unbelievable!
My stomach and legs are leaner and my Gymshark leggings definitely fit better 😂
My mood improved and I felt way less stressed than I used to! I was more patient, understanding and cheerful so I guess not only my body and mind got healthier but also my relationships  🙈
I had a lot more energy so I was able to get things done and procrastinate less!

It may be just a little body transformation for some but all bodies are different and I’m so proud of my progress that changed me from the bottom of my heart, not only phisically but also mentally 💓 I still have a long way to go and I can’t wait for other progress and to improve myself!
