Focused on yourself.
I focused only on myself for the first time. I began to take care and spend time with myself. A healthy habit is not built overnight. It is a process that you adapt to your life daily. The first thing was to set a goal to exercise at least four days a week. Then, I started jotting down healthy recipes to cook every day and eliminated all saturated and processed items from my kitchen.
I put a routine every day, meditating, reading, eating healthy, and exercising. As the weeks passed, I felt great, I felt loved, I felt light and motivated. As humans, it is normal to experience all feelings such as happiness, sadness, anger, etc. But, it is in us to be what we want to be despite what we feel. Feelings do not define who we are.
I will leave the Instagram pages that have helped me to improve myself every day. If you feel unmotivated or are going through a bad time ... there is always quality content that will help you!

1️⃣ Deadlift into Hammer Curl | 12 Rep 2️⃣ Jumping Side to Side | 20 Reps 3️⃣ Squat Double Press | 12 Reps Repeat each exercise one after the other. Once you’ve completed all three exercises you gained around!

What does fitness mean to me?
Well fitness saved me. I felt so lost, trapped in my own thoughts and weak in my own body. I thought training would just make me stronger physically but little did I know it’s bad the biggest impact in my life mentally. 5 years ago I wasn’t in a very good place mentally and recently this year my life has transitioned massively which has caused a big impact emotionally. I didn’t or haven’t given up, I’ve allowed myself to embrace my struggles and grow from them each and every single day.
I cannot stress how important working out is for me. It’s my safe place, my therapy and the place I go to DO THIS FOR ME and only me. The world becomes background noise when I train and that’s because I’ve reverted my mindset to seeing training as a positive not a chore. It’s important to NEVER give up and to always remember why you want to start or why you wanted to start. Start right now.... today not New Years not for summer... right now make it happen for YOU! 💙

yes ofc! i am seeing really good results with my current workout regime actually :D im at my lowest weight ever rn bc i switched things up. 
if you are trying to lose weight like me, incorporate cardio like the stairmaster (its the best and super effective) or running to your workout. 
other than that i started to do way more strength training. i recommend this instagram acc: https://www.instagram.com/krissycela/ she does amazing videos and this girl is literally the sweetest angel on this planet! shes a great role model! :D
