Over the weekend I bought a stone called a jet stone

Of course I did...... BUT it's actually made from fossilized TREES from the species Araucariaceae .....idk if I'm phrasing that right...anyway, those trees can be found in South America and parts of southwest Asia!! Very cool..... So I thought about this:

Also almost lost it the same day I bought it but it was just in the bottom of my black hole that is my tote bag

Turtle Ducks ^^ Took my time to create a more detailed piece in the last couple of days! I recently rewatched Avatar and really enjoyed all the scenes where Zuko and Iroh were featured! It made me so nostalgic, so I decided to paint this as an homage to these awesome characters! Hope you like it :)

Who was your first fav character when you first watched ATLA?

I was 6 when I first watched atla so my mind is a bit foggy about that BUT I do remember having a big crush on sokka and zuko and I idolized toph a lot.... I loved any kinda gruff or cocky girls when I was little!! Also side note jet wasn't my favorite character when I was little AT AWWLL I felt so betrayed by him... Jetara was my self insert FR!! that's def changed now tho ....... obviously hehe...

Really excited to see what the costume department will do for jet's outfit.

Like there's a whole realistic reference for you to use now...like if I wanted to make a more realistic rendering.. I've got it there now and most likely it will be more embellished and detailed like I wanna know if he's gonna have little trinkets on him and little satchel bags and what they're gonna do for all his layers UGH
