What sand is best for a fae enclosure? Does the color matter? Will my fae get depressed if they are given grey sand?

Sand is actually really bad for fae, as it doesn't hold most the nutrients they need to thrive or for the plants they reside in to grow! So if you're going to be using sand, it should be in small amounts. The color doesn't matter too much, but if you are indeed using sand, make sure it is a kind found in the area your fae is natively found in. Of course, i'm not an expert in fae eclosures, and have mnimal experience with it, so i would take any advice i give with a grain of sand.
