A family is consist of member that has different roles to portray. Family is where each one of them supports one another. So what kind of family do I have? As you can see, my genogram is a bit complicated. But that doesn’t mean that we have also a complicated relationship. Each one of us understands each other, supports each other, and help each other. Even though we faced hardships, we still didn’t give up on what it takes to become a family. Family is where you can feel home.

* Leadership is where you establish relationships between you, as a leader, and your members/followers.
* A leader does not dictate, but guides his members.
* A leader listens to the suggestions of his members, not just his ideas will be followed.
* A leader know what’s best for his members.
* A leader experiences hardships together with his members, not just watching his members having a hard time.
If that are the things that could take one as a good leader, then what does it take to be a good follower?
* Followers follows instructions from a good leader.
* Followers respect its fellow followers, and his leader.
* Followers got each other’s back, not that doing things on their own.

Above is my personal mandala. As you can see, it is divided into three parts. One portion takes the half of the circle and is drawn by simple "flowers". Another portion takes another 3/4 portion of the half portion that is drawn by many vines. And last portion is the very little space that was left in the whole circle and drawn by grids or whatever you call that. The first portion, that took half of the circle, represents my personality that I show to the people who doesn't know me which is being simple. The second portion represents my personality that I show to the people who are involved in my life: parents, families, friends, etc. The last portion is the representation of my personality that I don't show it to anyone, that I, myself, only knows which is being complicated. Yes, my inner self is so complicated, that I, myself, don't understand. You can also see the center part of the circle, that is drawn by a yin yang. The yin yang represents my whole self/personality. It is composed of good and bad.

A girl who experienced hell and heaven.
In life, everyone of us can experience many ups and downs. It already depends on how one would handle it. But for me, I would handle it easy peasy. I handle it simply and not make it complicated.
