Listening to V2 director commentary and apparently all the dust Roman stole was used in the bombs on the train which. Uh. That did not come across well at all but even if it had, not only was there was a gigantic warehouse full of the stuff, much more than should be put into 10 bombs, but they took all types of dust, not just the fire shit. The writers really didn't think this plot through

Never Miss A Beat

●The Episode begins with the camera focused on twin guns that are dramatically posed around each other before two hands catch them in slow motion.

●The scene then shifts to a hogh spped sequence where the gunswoman (who isn't seen yet) rapidly pistol whips Cardin Winchester and Dove Bronzewing, and then ends pistol whips Cardin one last time before shooting him at point blank range six times in the face. All of this happens in the blink of an eye.

●Cardin and Dove both fall from the air and onto the ground of Amity Colosseum, moments before the foot of the mysterious gunswoman falls in front of them, confident and emotionlessly. Team PECH are announced victorious over Team CRDL.

●"Ciel!!" Penny calls out from off screen.

●The camera then reveals the gunswoman to be Ciel Soleil, holding her dual pistols Tundra Eagles.

●"You didn't let me contribute to the fight at all!" Penny complains to her teammate.

●"My apologies Ma'am, I simply wanted our match to be over with as soon as possible so I could see your return to the General."

●The two victors turn to leave the stadium as Russel feebly reaches out, but collapses from exhaustion.

●Watching from the stands, Ruby sees them start to walk away and excitedly gets up form her seat with the rest of her team to meet them at one of the exits.

●"Penny!" Ruby calls out as she prepares a bear hug.

●"Ruby!!!" Penny responds as she prepares an even stronger hug.

●Ouch

●"Why..." Ruby weakly says. Penny wises up to her BBF's pain and lets go.

●"Ruby, this is my partner-" Ciel then responds for Penny.

●"Ciel Soleil. 17. Atlas First Year Valedictorian. Reserve Specialist."

●"Oh uh, hi! I'm Ru-" Ciel then responds for Ruby.

●"Ruby Rose. 15. Hails from Patch. Leader of Team RWBY. Status: reformed vigilante responsible for $4,444 in property damage." Ciel raises her eyebrow at that last part, which causes Ruby to gulp.

●Silence...

●... that Ruby then breaks, "Sooo... Penny! You two were incredible out there. Does Ciel have a speed semblance or what? It's so cool!"

●"Penny?" Ciel cuts off the redhead again, "I believe it is best if we move on to our next location per the General's orders."

●"Could we have just a minute to talk?" Penny asks Ciel. She rolls her eyes in response, and then turns her back while looking at her watch.

●"So is she... your friend or..."

●"Well, in a way. She's like Blake, but if Blake was ordered to spend time with you."

●"Oh. So, Weiss."

●"Precisely."

●"Does she know about... y'know... beep boop bop, does not compute?"

●"Not so loud!" Penny whispers, which momentarily catches Ciel's attention before she moves on.

●"Ironwood doesn't really want anyone to know, but Ciel isn't like other Atlesian students. She was given special orders to monitor my movements."

●Ruby, now whispering, says "That sounds like it sucks." Penny nods in response.

●"It's been precisely one minute, ma'am." Ciel assertively responds to her.

●"Would it kill you to back off a bit?!" Ruby snaps at Ciel.

●"What???"

●"Ruby don't-" before Penny finish, someone else responds for her.

●"Is this girl bothering you, Miss Polendina?" a voice calls out from behind Ruby. She turns around and spots a male Atleasian student with jet-black hair, followed closely by a girl with a red flower in ber blue hair...

●The young man continues his thought, "On your orders, I could make her 'disappear' for you...' the emphasis on that word sends a chill down Ruby's spine.

●"Don't scare her Edgar! Ruby, these are my other teammates, Edgar Poe and Hawthorn Watts." Ruby takes in the new people for a moment. The sinister look in Edgar's eyes is contrasted by the sheer lack of emotion in Hawthorn's dead ones.

●Ciel then takes back control of the conversation, "Yes, you have finally met Team PECH! Now, we are all 3 minutes late for a meeting with General Ironwood so goodbye Miss Rose!" She then grabs Penny's wrist and begins to march off.

●"Hey!" Ruby remarks, but Edgar gets between her and Ciel.

●"Don't you have a Grandma to give cookies to? Stay out of Atlesian bussiness, Patch girl." He then marches along with Ciel, Hawthorn moving to his lockstep.

●"I'll talk to you more soon, Ruby!" Penny yells as her teammates practically drag her out the stadium.

●An angry Ruby prepares to chase after her when-

●"Our next match will begin in 5 minutes!" Prof. Port announces over the speakers.

●"Oh my gosh, that's right! It's time for-"

●"Well, now it's our turn!" Yang says as she stretches in the center of Amity Colosseum.

●"Just remember to keep proper form." Weiss chides Yang.

●"Alright. You're from Atlas, what could we expect?"

●"Well, seeing as my Kingdom, academy and army are all merged as one, I think we can expect strict, militant fighters with advanced technology and carefully rehearsed strategies."

●At that very moment, a rainbow zooms past the two surprised Huntresses-in-training, coming to a stop opposite them, revealing a pigtailed Faunus girl with roller blades and a cat tail swishing around her weapon next to a young man wearing a fedora and sunglasses, holding a trumpet in one hand.

●"... Or whatever they are."

●"Hey!" The man in sunglasses calls out, "You Weiss Schnee, right? The heiress."

●"I am." Weiss says, pleased with herself.

●"I take it you're pretty good with Dust, then?"

●"I do my best."

●"Yeah, my dad was good too. Owned a little Dust shop of his own down in Mantle... Till your father's company ran him out of business."

●"Oh... I'm sorry to hear that."

●"Sure you are."

●Yang takes offense to that remark.

●"Hey! Why don't you-"

●"hEy!1! wHy DoN't YoU!1!" The redheaded faunus mocks Yang. "That's what you sound like!!!"

●"Uh..."

●"Hey! Where'd you get your hair extensions?" The faunus girl quickly changes the subject.

●"This is just my normal hair."

●"Ooooh, rEaLly?3?"

●"Yeah! Is that a prob-"

●"You should try rollerblading sometime! It's super fun! It'd probably take you a while, though, since you're so... you know, top-heavy."

●Those choice words cause Yang to turn red from embarrassment, and then from rage.

●"Ya'know, people from Atlas are kinda getting on my nerves today." Ruby thinks aloud while watching from the stands.

●"The feeling is mutual..." Blake replies while glaring not at team FNKI, but at the Atlesian side of the stands.

●The field opens around the four combatants, and up rises the volcanic area, sandy desert, steaming geysers, and ruined buildings.

●"Three! Two! One! Begin!" Port Announcess.

●LITERALLY JUST WATCH THE FIGHT FROM THE SHOW.

●"Weiss!" Yang screams as she rushes back to her ash covered friend, "Weiss! Are you okay?"

●"Cough cough, I... may not be singing for a while."

●"You know, I'm not sure that was proper form."

●"Oh, ha ha." Weiss says before suffering another coughing fit.

●"WHAT!? We lost? We lost?" Yang and Weiss' attention are drawn to Neon, now devoid of color, as she freaks out. "Team FNKI lost? That was... that was... amazing! Oh my gosh, you guys were super crazy awesome! We should definitely party together sometime, right Flynt?"

●Flynt then stares at Weiss for a moment, his glasses hiding his true feelings.

●"That was a gutsy move, Schnee... I dig it."

●Flynt and Neon then exit the stage as Weiss smiles not in joy, but relief.

●The rest of team RWBY then come to the injured heiress' side.

●"Good job, you two!" Blake cheers

●"Yeah Weiss, you were awesome!!" Ruby cheers.

●The team stays like that, cradling Weiss in their arms and soaking in the cheers of the crowd.

●Later on that evening in a certain Beacon dorm room, Cinder Fall is sitting on her bed looking through files on her Scroll. Emerald Sustrai is lying on the floor also playing with her own device, and Mercury Black is doing push-ups beside her.

●Suddenly, Cinder's eyes widen in surpise at something she spots on her scroll. She giggles, and then laughs and laughs and laughs until her eyes being to shed tears.

●"What is it???" Emerald asks, slightly scared of the mad fit Cinder just had.

●"... Do you believe in destiny?" Cinder asks her two henchmen as she access a document regarding the blueprints of "P.E.N.N.Y."

●"What's that supposed to mean??" Mercury asks incredulous.

●Cinder, while continuing to look at the familiar image of a robotic redhead, answeres his question. "It means that fate will give us everything we deserve... and that Beacon will fall..."

●Mercury and Emerald share a glance at each other in response to her cryptic answer. Meanwhile, Cinder's smile grows larger and larger as she accesses the "P.E.N.N.Y." files.

●Within the headmaster's office at twilight, Professor Ozpin is facing the window, his back to the elevators when the doors open and Qrow Branwen steps inside, approaching his desk with coffee mug in hand.

●"You know, he's making you look like a fool." Qrow says to Ozpin.

●"His heart is in the right place. He's just... misguided." Ozpin replies

●"Sometimes, I'm not even sure he has a heart. So, whose your guardian?"

●"Ever since the day I discovered her, I had the feeling she would be the one. She's strong, intelligent, caring... but most importantly, she's ready."

●As he lists these qualities off, Pyrrha Nikos is seen entering the elevator of the Cross Continental Transmit System tower. She turns just when the doors close on her ambiguous smile, and the scene cuts to black as the credits roll.

I had a dream a couple years ago where I saw myself from the third person run off with either a doll or a baby, and when confronted I said tearfully “I just wanted to hold her again” before waking up. This was the night after my cat died in a car accident. That phrase has been lodged in the back of my mind since.
