to lose weight what you want in a week? easy, low calorie restriction and lots of exercise! (plus water)
Restrictions — kg
500 calories a day — 2.2 kg weekly
455 calories a day — 2.5 kg weekly
355 calories a day — 3.0 kg weekly
285 calories a day — 3.8 kg weekly
210 calories a day — 5.1 kg weekly
150 calories a day — 7.7 kg weekly
70 calories a day — 15.4 kg weekly
But be careful if you are new! . I recommend you go down little by little, example: one week you eat 500 and the next 455 cals. So it will be easier.
If you arrive or want to go directly from 210 cals to less, I recommend you starve until 12 or 1 pm so that what you eat lasts until night.
And remember, even if your limit is 70 cals, don't waste it on gum, candy, fries, junk food , soda or a big salad, eat protein! Even if they are egg whites or 10 grams of meat, but this will keep you healthy.
