Actually screaming, because how do i eat only 400 kcal per day and workout 3 days a week and NOT lose weight?? And i totally binged yesterday and i'm losing it :).

- green tea, get that metabolism working after studying untill 3 am..
-1 ricecake + caramel rice cake (42 kcal and its sweet!!)
= 65 kcal
Lunch
- Skyr Yoghurt toffee (so good and lowcal!!)
-protein bar (needed some energy jfc)
= 296 kcal
Dinner
- Brocoli with rice and potatoes

Going on vacation to Greece this may, so i seriously need to lose this w@1ght. I cannot be seen with a bikini with this.

Gw1(11 march - 17 march): 71 kg
Gw2(17 march - 24 march): 69 kg
Gw3:(24 march - 31 march): 67.5 kg
So 2 kg a week!!! Wish me luck guys

It's supposed to take 21 days before doing something becomes a habit.
So just think.
21 days without binging could be a lifetime of self-control.
21 days of not eating after 7 could mean always waking up skinny.
21 days of actually working out could mean a lifetime of thin.
