hardened 22 year old adult vi, who's seen everything has changed in her home, met both corrupt and good enforcers, been freed from prison by and fallen in love with the latter, found her sister's gone berserk, helped a crimelord oppress their city and kill their people, as well as attacked piltover, attempted to kill vi and the only person who's cared for her since before prison (more than once), kidnapped both, asked her to kill the woman she loves, bombed the council, allegedly attacked its memorial, and will almost surely kill her if she pursues her on her own: maybe i should put on an enforcers' uniform for this special trusted squad's mission with reasonable objectives i support
