Blotto has been dubbed the best pizza in Seattle so I tried it! Though I hate waiting in line for food. Strange thing, seems their cookie is something you probably try also.

Time for a little (really A LOT) of Southern cooking with Fat’s Chicken and Waffles with fried catfish and shrimp, cheese grits, collard greens, biscuits, fried chicken, waffles, fried squash! So much brown stuff!

Another burger institution in Seattle because why? They at least have a fried chicken sandwich and some onion rings I can try. Let’s see if they live up to multiple locations or just food for the slightly drunk and high
