I was scrolling through a bunch of my old fanfictions on FF .net when I found an oldie that I forgot I had written and I realized I"m just an elder Ghirazant shipper I'm...it's only 140 words but I straight up posted it a few weeks after Hyrule Warriros first came out and just. Wow. I'm old

Spellcasters hate this fact but if you just stick your fingers in their mouth while they're casting a spell with a verbal component it's literally more effective than a counter spell.

Looking at Majora’s Mask as a Legend got me thinking about it. Ancient people describe Skyloft falling, islands in the skies being sent down, the moon crashing into a town if the hero is too late to stop the imp. Lots of ideas have been bouncing in my brain so uh, mild Tears Spoilers below, nothing major just wanted to warn it

So in the depths, right under Hyrule Field are four corner pillars that look as if they are holding up the “roof” of the depths. Right now, for my silly little theory, let’s pretend that those pillars, represent the Giants that stop the “moon” from falling on the people below. 

We know a few times in Hyrule’s history that groups of people with strong magic have been imprisoned or found through strange ways (Lorule, Twilight Realm, Termina) with all of these places sharing similar things: Lack of a triforce, lack of a hero (ravio actively shurking his duties to search for a different hero instead) and a theme of some divine wrath or punishment. 

So, enough nonsensical ramblings. Termina isn’t a different dimension, neither is Lorule or the Twilight Realm even. They’re the depths. I’ll touch more on this later but, that’s the theory. 

On BOTW’s and TOTK’s map, there are rock salt deposits almost everywhere except the depths, meaning it was entirely unaffected by the existence of the great sea. And darn, if there’s no moon under there, what else could the people see coming down onto them?

The Imp, (or whoever stood in his place in this theoretical depths termina), trying to lead his people up to the surface, picked at the sky and almost brought the great sea down on them. 

I have more thoughts about this but I need to get them organized I’m kinda just tossing ideas at the wall and really liking them. They’d make interesting stories in any case)

And like, if so, how many of the Links were ACTUALLY there? How many adventures did one link have that was possibly sropped onto another? How many adventures are split between Links because not enough was recorded because of the high mortality rate of being the hero of fucking hyrule?!

You ever just. Look at the word "legend" in "The Legend of Zelda" and wonder if Link is kinda like Herakles, a hero who may have done some sick stuff but was pushed into legend territory and just keeps getting stories and tales changing depending on the area in hyrule you're in (Rito telling the story of Wind Waker, small regions giving you stories from the downfall timeline, etc) AND then you start wondering how close some of these stories are to the "true" Link and now you're spiraling into deep lore and the ruins across the zelda timeline using what little anthropology skills you've picked up to try and decipher the bag Nintendo handed you?

The Urge to Mass Post all of the Tears of a Kingdom theories my partner and I come up with is so large but I want to wait until it’s been out longer so I don’t risk spoiling too much it’s just...there’s so much I feel like my brain exploded I know EVERYTHING

Here it is! This thing turned into a monster so instead of 31 cute fluffy oneshots I had planned instead we get another full length story. This will be a whole Link/Sheik centered rewrite for Hyrule warriors. Here are three chapters that I have so far and I hope you all enjoy them. 

Chapter 1 is set up right after the group meets Lana and set up base at the Great Deku Tree. Shortly after being ordered to keep tags on Sheik, Link tries to befriend the Sheikah in hopes that this misunderstanding will be cleared up. It's not his fault that Sheik is rude and cocky, and the guy can barely tolerate having him around. (is the rough idea)

Mild content warning for tending wounds? and Link is a pervert, but like not bad, just in a way. I think he's funny personally. I’ll reblog with notes on all three chapters! and as always likes and comments are appreciated I struggle with writer’s block often!

Obviously I have published nothing, but at the end of the month I will just post the whole thing! Probably a bad idea but I hope you all enjoy what I bring to the table!
