Hello my friends who I am proud of, welcome to those who are like a support that does not bow, I address you simple words, the past period was one of the most severe and difficult moments of our lives in the steadfast Gaza that everyone has let down, everyone knows what we suffer from the circumstances here and the harshness of scenes that I do not want to mention again.

You are the ones who helped families and individuals to complete their lives and compensate them for some of what they lost in this fierce war, so I am like Samir on my behalf and on behalf of my family. I thank you all without exception, because you have been by our side all this time. I just wanted to start my post with these words that you deserve 🫂❤️.

In short, so as not to prolong.

Guys, the past period has been very difficult in terms of food and drink, rent costs, and education costs. I have chosen, the most priority and I chose to collect costs for the most thing we needed in the past period, I will mention it now :

I asked for $500 to rent the house we live in now, and thanks to you, I was very successful with that. Then I collected $500 to buy food. It took longer, but it's okay, I succeeded and achieved the goal of feeding my family and satisfying their hunger.

Thus, the basic costs have been achieved, which are rent and food. Thank you for that 🙏 .

I still have a personal goal, which is the costs of education, as you know, I am Samir, a software engineer studying at the Islamic University in Gaza, in my fourth year.

All I want to say is that I am about to finish my educational career and not waste the effort of many years that have passed.

I will note something simple before the war, my father was paying for the study costs, but since the beginning of the war I have not paid any of these costs, I have paid some of these costs but they accumulate little by little, imagine with me for two years and I am trying hard to save these fees, but the war has another opinion, I can't and my father can neither, and debts have accumulated a lot .

I have two very important goals in this publication, but there is a goal from both of them based on collecting the amount as soon as possible during the next 5 or 6 days.

1 - The first goal is the costs of quarterly fees, which are worth 550 Jordanian dinars, I paid about 200 dinars in two stages, and I have one last payment left that I need as soon as possible before the end of the semester. So that I can take the final exams and pass the class and be able to start a new semester. What is required is only 350 dollars.

2 - The second goal is to collect the accumulated amount of 1122 dinars = equivalent to about $1,600. I’ll explain the offer from that.

There is a system in my university that if I do not pay all the required costs, and I graduate, I will not be able to get my degree from the university, and the fatigue of the past years will go away unless I can collect the accumulated amount, everything will be fine.

HELP SHIRA SURVIVE A TRANSMISOGYNIST ATTEMPTED MURDER

Shira is a Turkish trans woman who was the victim of attempted murder by a man on the street who realized she was transfemme. After he stabbed her, dozens of people walked by her on the sidewalk until a teenager stopped and helped her.

Shira is now in the hospital in critical condition. She’s undergone emergency surgery and will need multiple operations and long-term care to recover—physically and emotionally.

Shira has no close family nearby, is not accepted by public organizations in Turkey because she is trans, and she’s unable to work while she heals. Her friends are raising funds to cover her medical bills, therapy, and basic living expenses during this painful time.

RTVS PALESTINE FUNDRAISER 2, April 11th - 13th

Beginning Friday the 11th, RTVS will be holding another 3-day weekend fundraising event for the people of Palestine.

It is a tragedy that Palestine is still enduring the same nightmarish conditions that they were this time last year. There has been little to no improvement in things as Israel continues to break ceasefires and block incoming aid as they try and continue their genocide. We would like to once again rally our community and as many others as we can reach to give what support we are able to to Palestine's people.

Like last year, the event will not be a traditional stream fundraiser, rather than pointing people at one donation point, we will be suggesting a number of different recipients for support. However, this year may be organized slightly differently than the way we did it last time; more information regarding that will be shared in the next few days once we confirm our plan. Saturday, May 31st: Hello, everyone. I’m Gem, a bi, mentally ill, and disabled woman in desperate need of help, as I'm still struggling to pay my bills and rent.

I apologise for asking for help again. As most of you know from my previous posts, I have been struggling to make ends meet while on welfare. And due to my outstanding bills and ever-increasing debt, it has been difficult for me to get by. These past few months have been absolute hell for me, and with no other income, I've been relying on the kindness of others to get by.

However, I desperately need that kindness again because I couldn't pay my bills last month as I was behind on my rent and had to make up the shortfall, and I'm struggling to pay them now as the welfare I received yesterday wasn't enough to pay my rent and bills, for which I am £102 short, and I owe an additional £570 to other bills and debt repayments.

My sister Soso used to be so lively, even during the genocide, but now she’s a shell of her former self because of the trauma and the famine. I try my best to provide for her and our family of ten, but it’s hard because everything is so expensive. A 25kg sack of flour costs $1,000 in my area. Fruits and vegetables are a distant dream. As for meat, we’ve forgotten the taste of it. We get one meagre meal a day when we’re lucky.

Yesterday I spent all day walking around to try to find a new apartment, because our current landlord is trying to price us out, but we can’t afford anything. The situation seems hopeless. The walls around us and the roof above our heads are a weak protection, but at least it’s something, at least we’re not sleeping in the street where the drones and the tanks could see us at all times. If we’re kicked out, we will lose all of our belongings that we can’t carry with us, and where will we go? Schools and hospitals are targeted all the time. Just a few days ago, the school that’s just one street away from me was targeted and people were burned alive. I don’t want this, oh God, I don’t want to die this way.

Please help, I swear I’ll be thankful for anything. If you can’t afford to donate, then please at least share and I won’t ask more of you. Please.

My friend Ahmed, a 15-year-old boy from Gaza, lives a terrifying and painful life. Their home was destroyed, and he and his family miraculously survived. Now they live in a tattered tent that offers no protection from the cold of the night or the heat of the sun. They find nothing to satisfy their hunger except scraps of unhealthy food, and the suffering of hunger never leaves them.

The bombing in their area is relentless, and every day brings new horrors: no safety, no food, no normal life for a child who was supposed to live his life studying and playing.
