High Noon over Camelot character designs!

Some notes:

The only one with real actual humans! Maybe! Who knows. No one said the space station came from earth. Also, not pictured here because unfortunately we don’t have a Saxon main character aside from Mordred, who spends the majority of the show topside, but I very strongly feel that the Saxons wear gas masks. Just wanted to get that out there.

Music inspo: obviously this one is cowboys. I don’t even have to say it. I did try to be a little realistic, specifically with where their clothing comes from, so most of the armor is meant to be scrounged scrap metal. Another thing to remember is that they’re actually bikers, so it was a lot to balance.

The fashion style is meant to be a mix of 830 (King Arthur) and 1700s (western theme).

So the crew imagined a nocturnal Zebra and it's actually real, Marya's thoughts are haunted by Straka and she "sees" it where they found the key to Zood, which is the same place Maxwell saw nothing and he said himself that he's not a very creative or imaginative person

There's also an emphasis (during AP ep 3) on how we don't know what's in Zood and we get Window of Wonder so whatever the Intrepid Heroes imagine can be real

Maybe I'm reading too much into it but I think there's something about Zood that makes thoughts real. If it turns out I'm way off then it's fine and it's just a neat set of events but I think it's pretty interesting

HEY just gonna say it? I am with Daisuke. I do NOT trust Wealwell. I do NOT FUCKING TRUST Wealwell. He is NOT solid. He was TOO down for murder. He seems to be good at following instructions, but doesn’t care WHOSE instructions they are. Not to go too far but Pappy needs to shoot him in the head. Plus if Wealwell dies Maxwell stops being cursed. Seven Gotch sons? Give one 80 year old man ten minutes and that number goes DOWN.

I feel the need to make sure everyone remembers that when Brennan said "Siobhan, I swear to God, if you do this to me..", Siobhan genuinely said "I'll put it down". And to THAT, Brennan responded "No, no, no, you MUST do it".

Siobhan was literally like "I won't fuck up your campaign if you want" and Brennan was like "No, I absolutely don't want you to do this, but if you CAN, you HAVE TO"

The thing about the silkworms that really kills me is Brennan in an instant accounted for the 20 FUCKING YEARS of being abandoned.

Bc Ally didn’t— they didn’t think about the fact that like…how on earth would a terrarium left for 20 years still be alive and well??? Ally just wanted to give Emily worms.

And Brennan literally had to factor that into the world building in that moment. And his solution was, obviously, if the worms have survived for 20 years, then they have been through thousands of generations so of course they would have gotten to their Iron Age by now, and that they can now create textiles. Of course Marya would be a religious figure that has existed only in myth for generations for these fucking worms. Bc obviously.

“Olethra” goes so fucking hard as a name for a trans woman though. It’s the feminine form of the ancient Greek “olethros” which means “destruction” with a positive connotation, wiping away the old to make way for something new that’s SO COOL.
