Fundraiser-related information

What follows is a collection of links to various posts concerning fundraisers I've vetted. These are primarily ones for Ghazzawi families although some fundraisers for Sudani families are also listed (I'm more familiar with my own country's politics and dialect and am more capable of vetting fundraisers for Palestinians as a result).

- Gaza Vetters verified fundraisers spreadsheet (we are not associated with gaza-vetters directly, but from what I know they are reliable and completely legitimate).

- Unvetted but highly likely legitimate fundraisers

- Fundraisers for general purposes and a variety of recipients (TO BE UPDATED).

- Note on certain Ghazzawi individuals' behaviours online.

Defunct / Paused indefinitely:

- Instructions on how to submit a fundraiser for Westerners. (One of the main reasons I'm no longer taking vetting requests from Westerners is because I'm currently receiving a very high volume of requests for boosts from already vetted Ghazzawiyeh people directly and I want to prioritize helping them. I cannot do that with requests from others. Please refrain from sending me requests for vetting.

Blog-related issues:

FINALLY THE DAY HAS COME! A comic for the first few paragraphs of @melusiiine's amazing fic In Lethe, Sinking. A work of art that tells the story of Terzo and Omega's shared upbringing as well as their downfall. Traverse the afterlife with Omega to reunite with his soulbound beloved! Genuinely one of my favorite authors on the site, always describing little details I didn't even know needed to be described. She's got such a way with words and her style is so vivid that I can imagine everything in my head like I'm watching a movie. I love looking to her work for inspiration for my own writing (and drawing obviously). I cannot encourage anyone ENOUGH to go check her out. (Genuinely, I'm begging...)

I've had such a good time working on this piece and thank you to everyone who supported (and tolerated) my ramblings along the way!

Of course of course we love our fishy friends. They were honestly some of the most fun for me to design. Also please ignore the fact that I play splatoon.

I feel like it might be kind of silly but I assigned the 4 main elements as the 4 horsemen of the apocalypse, water being death (fire/war, earth/famine, and air/pestilence). Just for help figuring out what motifs I wanted to give them. It doesn’t come across a whole lot but I wanted to fit a lot more bone symbology in their designs bc of that.

Fire ghouls!

The fire ghouls I tried taking inspo from goats or dogs. Dewdrop was the exception but since he was a water ghoul (fishlike?) I wanted to give him more of a lizardy look. Poor thing got all dried out. I also wanted his hair to look like dried out tentacles a little 😭
