Jackalopes are one of my favorite cryptids! So I made a more ‘accurate’ representation of what I think a jackalope might look like. Since they are said to be a mix of jackrabbits and pronghorn antelopes, I gave it not only the horns but also the eyes and coat pattern of a pronghorn! I used a D&D filter on Instagram that gives you your race, class, and stats. I got some cool stuff so I decided to turn them into an actual character (I even made them a character sheet)! I made their name a play on my own name (first name is my name but the in alphabetical order). So, I guess, technically this is me if my dream of living in a fantasy world were to come true. I wanna play as them so bad! I think it would be so flipping cool to have an entire party who’s characters were created this way!

It’s been a while hasn’t it! Well I’m not dead yet! I’ve just been busy recently! But while I was away I redesigned an old character of mine from 2018! I’m super happy with how they came out! As you can tell I tried out a bunch of new colors swatches (had so much fun with this part!). I still love some of the other swatches so I might use them for other characters (who knows)!

Bonus: here was the first pass at them with the color swatch that matched their OG design more before I completely changed it.
