Tips for Storm Witches
• Don’t snub checking the forecast! It helps to know what the day’s weather is predicted to be in case you’re doing things outdoors or casting spells that rely on certain weather conditions.
• Warm fronts are generally followed by cold fronts. If you’re waiting on some thunderstorms, just watch for a warm front to pass through.
• Back to forecasts, the chance of rain is read in a different way than it is written. If the forecast says a 70% chance of rain, it actually means that in 7 of 10 days with those conditions, it rained.
• Instead of waiting for the weather conditions to align for a spell, use sigils to stimulate the conditions.
• A storm’s energy can be stored in crystals for later use. Just in case the perfect storm happens when you didn’t plan on casting that spell.
• The clouds can predict upcoming weather. High cirrus clouds usually indicate rain within 48 hours.
• Another way to stimulate a storm is through ambient sound. There are plenty of recordings out there to listen to!
• Sit and watch a rainstorm or a thunderstorm. Its energizing and relaxing!

Y'all white bitches really don’t seem to get that smudging belongs to Native American culture.
It’s a tradition that’s been used by the First People of Turtle Island for centuries, and if y'all non-natives want to use it, there’s some guidelines that you gotta follow.
•buy smudge wands and materials from tribal members. We’re sharing this gift with you, be respectful. It’s like legitimately purchasing a song vs ripping it from the internet. But instead of pirating Rihanna it’s Culture Appropriation.
•remember that YOU’RE BORROWING FROM A CLOSED CULTURE. It’s not yours, we’re letting you use it.
•it’s not a toy, or a game, or something to toss in with your own spiritual expression. Be mindful of the fact that smudging isn’t yours, and it’s a gift that’s being shared with you from a culture that, let’s be real, was probably oppressed/genocided by yours, in the name of education and solidarity.
(I’m looking at you, non-native witches, Wiccans, and Pagans. Being spiritual isn’t an excuse to appropriate.)

Hey ya'll! I found this really cute witch grab bag on Etsy I wanted to share. I don't have the $10 to afford this at the moment so I can't buy it, but the shop owner is very sweet and does customize them (I messaged about no incense as it triggers migraines and she said she customized them and could easily avoid that for me) Also! It's only $10 and you get 10 items on average. She has bigger ones for those who need them AND free U.S. shipping :)
UPDATE: My brother bought it for me + I messaged the seller a lil bit abt my craft n I'll show you guys what I get once it's here :')))))
