Birthday Event

In honor of my bday we will be having some games and prizes on the psyrets server on discord as well as all Psyrets custom or non will be $5 for the adoption fee!

Diet

A Psyret's diet mostly consists of vegetation such as fruits, grasses and nuts. However, due to the protective nature of these creatures, they have learned to seek out potential threats to smaller prey animals (most especially small grass snakes).

Water Psyrets also consume a diet containing fish and other water based plants.

Habitat

They live in an area similar to the Fae Wilds. Their habitat is forested with heavy foliage and scattered debris such as fallen logs. Many exotic flora adorn the the forest floor in vines, shrubs and even ground runners, which Psyrets use to distract from and even hide their burrows. They may create tunnels with surrounding grasses, or inhabit a hollowed out tree to make their dens. They tend to live alongside small prey animals commonly befriended by the fair folk, and are even very protective of them.

Variants

*The males are 14-16 inches in length from the nose to the tip of the tail, while the females are 12-14 inches.

*The size of the leaf like part of their tail along with the appendage on the top of their head grows as they age.

*They have a thin membrane under their front legs which connects to a spot on their sides that disappears into their fur when they aren't gliding

Psyret Development Project

The Psyret Development project is an advancement in a Servitor creation technique known as Oras to bring a species into being. These small ferret looking creatures with elemental affinities. This project starts with the first generation which were the created. Then they act as living beings would producing young and growing through generations. One may even argue that these are true spirits since they are born of the astral and not the interference and thoughts of mankind. This project goes in-depth to study the evolutionary patterns of such offspring of the created beings such as but not limited to elemental affinities, mutations, coloration, behavior, and adaptations to their environment.
