There is a old saying

Tell me who are your friends and I will tell you who you are.

This saying is very meaningful. We act differently with different people at different time.

For behaving differently with different people is normal as we need our work get to be done from them.

We are always calculating if I will behave in a certain way I will give particular response from the opposite person.

So most of the time we are not the real one.

But with friends we are like what we are. We don't act to please them. We are very real.

We attract those as our friends who are very much like us.

So if you need to check other persons real nature do check his friend list you will be able to know his real nature as well.

Short story

Usman said to Raja, you did good that you informed police. Look inspector has just reached here.

Inspector: who is raja ? Where was the dead body ?

Raja: flat numbers 2702 Mr.Ankit Malhotra. Today I went to drop milk and found flat door open and Ankit sir lying dead on floor, when I called at his house to Mrs.Devika she said okay she is reaching. Instead Mrs.Devika friend of Mr.Ankit, Dr.Mallick came. He asked me to help to lift Mr.Ankit and put him in his car. He took the body and went away.

I thought I should inform police.

Inspector and Raja went to room and found one perfume bottle was lying on the floor Jasminwood a premium perfume lying there.

Raja said in the morning few broken bangles were there but Mr.Mallick collected those put them in his pocket.

Inspector: did you find anybody coming to his flat yesterday night.

Raja: yesterday one lady came at 7pm but left at 8pm. She comes normally by 7pm and leaves by 10-10.30pm and Mr.Ankit also leaves after she leaves or he leaves in the morning.

Mr.Ankit and his family stays away in city. He comes in this flat sometimes only.

Inspector: went to Ankit house. Ankit daughter Smriti came to meet with inspector as her mother was in shock and not in a condition to meet anybody.

Inspector got the smell of same perfume jasimwood as soon as Smriti came. After giving condolences inspector asked: when call was picked by your mother why ankit friend went ? Why he took the body with him instead of informing police ? We need Mr.Mallick details.

Smriti said Mr.Mallick was himself a doctor and has admitted Ankit body for postmortem. Report is showing heart attack. So we will be taking the body for cremeation soon. Mr.Ankit was a heart patient so he was under Mr.Mallick treatment.

Inspector immediately collected all the details where Mr.Ankit body was kept. He asked to shift body to another hospital for further investigation. He wanted to check is there any poison found in the abdomen or blood ?

Inspector again went to the flat where Ankit was found dead. He went on checking all the things in the room and he found one bottle of tablets lying which was blood thinner. He gave those tablets in lab. and found tablets were filled with amphetamine instead of blood thinner. Amphetamine causes stroke.

2nd postmortem report came and report said they found traces of amphetamine.

Lab report said tablets in the bottle were amphetamine instead of blood thinner.

It got confirmed Ankit was murdered.

Inspector called smriti and said your father did not died of heart attack but he was murdered. In postmortem amphetamine tablet is found which causes heart attack.

Inspector asked : Why did you came last night to meet your father in the flat ? We found Jasminwood bottle lying on the floor which you use. You were covering your face.

Smriti said: Only perfume bottle as evidence you cannot decide I m the killer. Same perfume is used my Mrs.Poonam Mallik. Wife of Dr.Mallick. Many knows my father and Mrs.Mallick were in affair.

Inspector went to Dr.Mallick house and meet Mrs.poonam. he said yesterday night she went to meet Ankit he has got evidences and even the security guard saw you entering that building.

Poonam thought she is caught and she has to tell all truth.

Poonam said: Mr.Ankit and she were good friends and she went many times to meet him at his flat. Mr.Mallick did not like our friendship and he many times told not to meet Ankit. I told in the morning to my husband she will be meeting Ankit and say final good bye as she will end the friendship forever.

Mr.mallick said that's good that you have decided to stay away from him. He gave a bottle of medicine and said since you are going give this medicine to him. As his medicines are over.

I went and told Ankit that this is the last meeting with him and has to end the relationship. I gave medicines and left immediately from there.

In the morning Mrs.Ankit called Dr.mallick about the death of Ankit.

Inspector got the whole story clear. After arresting and sharing all evidences with Dr.Mallick, he agreed he replaced medicines of Ankit as he was not okay with the relationship between his wife and Ankit.

Evil never succeeds,

Mr.Meet was sitting with Ms.Simi in a cafe. Suddenly Meet's wife Shilpa entered cafe. Meet and Simi both got shocked.

Shilpa said Meet I saw your car parked here and thought you must be here so stepped in, sorry to disturb you both. Shilpa got tears innher eyes and went away.

Simi said 'Meet how many more days ? When are you going go give divorse to your wife ? In next 5 days if you dont settle this, let us end our relationship.

Meet went to his house shilpa said what may happen I am not going to give you divorce. I know simi is behind your money. You will realise soon.

Meet understood it's not going to be easy to get rid of shilpa. He made a plan as his wedding anniversary was in next 4 days.

On the wedding day morning he called Shilpa and said I have one surprise today for you. We are going to our farmhouse today evening. Let's meet at 9pm. You reach farm house directly. I will reach directly from office.

Meet had managed to get a time bomb which he had set in his farmhouse. He had set time of 9pm.

Meet instead of going to farm house he went straight to him house, it was 8.45pm.

When he entered house he found bedroom lights were on. Shilpa was lying on bed and she was dead. She had consumed sleeping pills whole bottle.

There was a suicide note by Shilpa. Meet picked up and started reading.

" Meet I know you must have planned to kill me, to put me out of your life today by planning celebration at farm house.

I understood I am no more required in your life, you love Simi more than me.

I have decided to go away from your life as I want to see you happy.

Today I went to Simi gave her our farm house keys and asked her to give you surprise when you reach farm house.

Bye forever. Love you

Today we all may feel why god is not coming to save us from this pandemic?

His temples are closed, nobody is celebrating his birthdays, festive to celebrate his presence between us is he there or not ?

Is he really worried about his followers, his devotees ?

At such thoughts I remember one small incidence of mahabharat.

We all know this incidence:

Yudhisthir lost Draupadi in a gamble game to Duryodhan.

Duryodhan asked Dushasan to do chirharan of Draupadi.

Draupadi started asking for help from Lord Shri Krishna, with one hand holding clothes and another hand praying for help. Krishna did not came till the time Draupati with both the hand asked for help from Shri Krishna without worry what will happen to her.

When Draupadi asked why you lord did not came the very first time when I asked for help,

Lord Shri Krishna said when Draupadi you had asked help with both the hands and fully keeping faith on me how can I I delay in helping you.

Till the time you were holding your chir with one hand, I felt still you have faith in yourself than in me so I should wait.

Today we all are looking for some vaccine, medicines, some invention to happen to kill virus. We need to actually leave all that to god and I sure he will find a solution to protect us.

Let's not worry for ourself, he is there to take care of everybody.

This is an old story but true in todays time.

King Akbar was sitting in his court with his ministers. A debat started, king said our citizens are very honest and I m proud of them.

Birbal his favourite minister said, I don't agree milord. Citizens are honest because they don't get opportunity to do dis-honesty. It's your governance which is good. People have to stay honest forcefully in your territory.

King Akbar asked can Birbal can he prove his point. Birbal said in 1 day itself.

Same day evening Birbal made an announcement in entire city.

In the mid of the city there is a well. Well had too little water in it. He said to all citizens each one of you have to get 250ml of milk and drop in the well. Everyone has to drop milk between 3am to 7am in the morning tomorrow as this is auspicious time. This will help to get blessing from the god for the wellbeing of our kingdom.

Morning everybody from the city was seen carrying small or big vessel in their hand standing in a que to drop the milk in the well

When king Akbar and birbal saw such huge line and crowd king Akbar was happy and sure Birbal is going to loose on his opinion.

At 8am both king Akbar and Birbal went near the well to check and they found in the well waterlevel has increased to a high, but there was no milkiness water was pure and clean.

Birbal said to king did you noticed milord we requested and did not framed a rule so each citizen carried water with them instead of milk. Each citizen felt who will know in such a crowd and early morning hours that I dropped water instead of milk. This was the same thought each one did ofvthe city and nobody dropped milk.

King Akbar agreed that Stricket rules only make honest and strong nation.

life experiance

Hi,

this is my first letter i am writing. 

i had a ambition to become a good speaker & writer as the person having both or any any one quality has freedom to express. express his  thoughts and make those thoughts into reality. 

i like to share one experience which is still going on in my life and also i am sure who is reading is also passing from the similar one.

In the month of February i became well aware about some thing is not going as normal across the world, few part of India and also in Mumbai city. 

I wanted to plan my business trip as next was march month, our financial year end. sales numbers, collection, new plans for new year were going on all over my mind. i was not clear which trip i should complete first and then follow another. any how i booked my tickets and informed to my colleagues as i have a habit to make a business trip well informed and with a set of work to complete or to attend.

as the travel days came near the news of corona virus spread across became more serious. family members, friends, our company channel partners, news from media all started informing not to travel and avoid for a period of time if possible. I got approval from my senior also to cancel & postpone my trip.

then the day came when our office went lock down, then pan India went into lock down situation. i was sure this will get sorted out in few days, but these few days needed actions to keep the sales and our day today activity going. 

i did not had answer how things to be managed ? mails, whatsapp, calls, sms are the only tools I had used to get in touch socially and also for my day today official work. but i found this is not going to be sufficient for the work from home kind of situation. I came across a mail, there was one training session how to deal and work in this lock down period. I enrolled for it by downloading recommended video app. this was my first experiance.

this training session helped me to understand 3 major things

courage, positive approach and to keep doing your work as it is not social distancing it is physical distancing.

I made up my mind i will make my team positive.  it is possible by making them work and make them achieve even  smaller day today tasks. this will lead to positive behavior. this will help team mentally as they are not empty minded.they have purpose for every day  in lock down. this will also help company in sales and collection both. the same app on which i took training i started using for conducting my meeting. 

i am really thankful to all my team members who supported big time. in this lock down also we worked as normal and it is going on. sales and collection are not the same but we are happy that we are doing some thing good.

Rule of 80:20

Italian economist sir wilfredo pereto in the year 1897 found the theory of 80:20.

Our 80% productivity comes from Our 20% efforts.

Joseph Juran another economist said this 20% efforts gives extra ordinary results, where as 80% results is very nominal or can say ordinary results.

Earlier there was one language called as short hand. Language of symbols. While taking dictation company secretary use to take notes in this language which increases speed of writing, taking notes. This language was invented by sir Izac pitman.

Sir Izac use to say everybody communicate daily mostly with only 700 commonly used words and these 700 words are 1/3rd of our total communication we make.

A student remembers 80% of his syllabus from his total 20% time of study.

80% of the questions in exam are asked from 20% of the syllabus

Country's 20% population contributes to the 80% GDP

20% employees contribute to the 80% of the productivity of the company.

20% of the peoples opinion decided country's direction.

If we have 20 sales people 4 will be extra ordinary performer, 6 average and 10 low performers. Major mistake done by managers are they focus more on non performers trying to improve them.

We ourselves give more importance to 80% of our time which is mostly non productive in our life or in a day and dont focus on the most productive 20% time during which we are doing extra ordinary achievements consciously.

If we start focusing only on 20% of our most important task still we can achieve much more than what achieve by trying to focus on 80% things of a day to work upon.

Small love story

Once vivek gifted a new sedan car to his wife neeta on her Birthday.

He gave car keys, her driving license, car insurance papers , all documents etc.

Neeta got very excited with her gift and said shall she take a ride right now ?

Vivek was about to say no as it was peak hour time, evening and Neeta was not habitual of driving in such peak hours. Not to disappoint her, vivek said okay take a small drive and come fast.

Neeta just drive car for less than 1 kms and she crashed new car with a road divider.

She got afraid looking at the damage to the car, she thought now Vivek is going to shout and going to be dam angry on her. Same time traffic police arrived and asked for her car documents to check.

Neeta just removed all the papers to show to the police when she found a piece of paper hand written by his husband

If any time you damage this car while driving always remember you are more precious to me than this car.

There were 2 friends.

Naveen and Ankit.

Naveen was hard working, calculative and use to respect relations.

Ankit was a different kind if person never bothered of relations, always behind short cuts how to make money in any manner.

Once Ankit went to Naveen and asked for 2 lac loan, with a promise to return in 1 month. Naveen being person believing in relationship gave him 2 Lac with a promise to get his money after 1 month.

Ankit even after 45 days did not paid the loan amount. Now Naveen felt concern for his money. He started calling Ankit on phone, whenever he use to meet in market, on road, between friends he use to ask when you will pay my 2 Lac.

Ankit was loosing his reputation which he never bothered, but his intention was not to return loan money. So he made a plan where he will not be required to return 2Lac to Naveen and still account will be settled.

One day Ankit went to Naveen home and said. He is feeling very bad that he is unable to return loan amount within promised time.

He is shortly going to get 5 lac but he wants 50,000 at this point of time.

Naveen now started thinking if he will give 50,000 there is no guarantee Ankit will return his total amount.

He said to Ankit to give him some time to think and to arrange for 50,000. Ankit left his house but from next day he started following up with Naveen for his 50,000 on phone, in market, between friends and all possible places.

Everybody started thinking differently about Naveen few told him to pay 50,000 to Ankit.

Now Naveen called Ankit and said don't call or follow up for 50,000. Ankit said without 50,000 he will not get his 5Lac. Naveen said forget your 5 Lac I will forget my 2 Lac.

Account settled.

Story

Once lord Shiva and goddess parvati were sitting on mount Kailash and were enjoying talks with each other.

There came Rishi Narad. He saw them enjoying and as per his habit he said to parvati. Devi each king and queen are having their adobe as places but you being wife of lord shiva has to stay on this mountain without adobe without palace this is not fair. You should ask lord shiva to make one for you.

Parvati also agreed to Narad suggestion.

She demanded with shiva to build a beautiful palace for them lord shiva tried to make her understand it's not the right time. When time will come palace will be build on it's own. Parvati said she wants palace immediately after all shiva is lord and he can control and manage time.

Shiva was helpless and he asked vishwakarma to build a palace for them.

Vishwakarma made a beautiful palace. When shiva and parvati were about to do gruh pravesh palace wall collapsed. Vishwakarma said since I hurriedly started making palace might be the auspicious time was not take care so the palace got damaged. He said he will built a new palace with all measures.

Second palace was build. This palace was even more beautiful then the earlier one.

Shiva called a brahmin to do gruh pravesh puja.

As we know shiva is a lord with love hearted and kind hearted one.

He asked brahmin to ask for a boon he wants to fulfill his wish, Brahmin after looking at that palace got too excited to own the palace. He Said he wants this palace itself as boon. As agreed Lord Shiva has to give up the palace to brahmin.

Lord shiva said to parvati, not to be stubborn for palace as the time is not in their favor. Parvati said to lord shiva to personally meet with time and ask him to change his flow and go in their favor.

Shiva agreed to parvati, before going to time he asked vishwakarma to build third palace, once build completley he will go to time and change his flow in their favor so they can enter the palace.

Parvati and lord shiva saw the completed 3rd palace this was even more beautiful. lord shiva said now he will go and meet with time. He will ask him to change his flow in their favor. Parvati said if time will deny then ??

Shiva said: if time will deny I will do tandav dance. Due to my dance you will come to know time has denied our request so you can set fire to this palace. Parvati agreed

Lord shiva went to time and said to change himself in their favor as he wants to enter into the palace. Time said lord shiva you are saying I cannot deny but before changing your time i want to see your tandav dance.

Shiva started doing tandav on request of time and here parvati thought time has denied so she set the palace on fire.

In todays scenario I remember on small story

There was a small village. In that village there was one temple. once due to heavy rain river started overflowing abd water entered in village. All houses and people of the village suffered a lot. But surprisingly temple was totally safe. No damage nothing.

Village people went to the temple priest and demanded help. Priest denied help and said money belongs to god so he cannot help anybody.

All NGO, nearby village people came to help these suffering village people. With their help village people came out of the difficult times and things got normal in some time.

After 2 years there came earthquake. This time only temple got effected but no damage to any house or villager. Priest went to villagers for help. But villagers did not showed interest for any help.

As by this time villagers knew god is not in temple he is across in the form of helpful people.

Today also we can see the same story repeating

story

There was one rich business man. He earned lot of profit by overseas business. Sea route was the only way to travel in olden days and he use to travel via ship in deep sea and cover multiple country and use to do business.

Once he decided to retire from business but at the same time thought to do something good for young business people doing similar business via sea route. He had faced storm, enemy troops, some pirates use to destroy ship or use to damage vessels and then issues like fresh drinking water, food, medicine etc used to be an issue for survival.

He decided to float 5 such rescue ships which will be carrying food, water, medicine and will help needy people in sea. To give identity he made simple white flag for his ship so others can identify from distance and call for help.

Rescue to many small and big ships went on for few months. All appreciated once a pirate ship came to know about the mission of this white flagged ship. So they first thefted this rescue ship itself and killed the sailors. They then used this white flag on their own ship also. Others use to understand this us rescue ship and never objected they coming close to them or they themselves go to these rescue ship for help and then pirates use to theft those ships.

In a course of time rescue ship purpose was destroyed and nobody then after got benefit.

*In todays days certain communities, some people are acting just like those pirates*

*They have all resources still want to get more from government, from NGOs etc*

Story

In a village there use to be a minger (kanjus). His name was keshav.

He was feeling too proud for his minger type of nature and use to say others there cannot be anybody like him in this village nor anybody near by also.

Villagers were really tired of his nature and use to make fun of him but this minger never bothered.

Once a villager came to him and said I meet with Mr. Jay he is another minger in our nearby village. You are nothing infront of him. So I thought to inform you.

Keshav started thinking i need to meet with jay- minger and understand how he can be bigger, wiser than me in mingling.

He decided to go to meet with Jay. He decided to carry some gift for him. So he took a piece of paper and did a sketch of 3 mongoes on it. Placed that paper in his pocket and started to meet with jay.

When he reached jay's home. He was not there but his son was there.

Son asked keshav wait my father will be soon back at home. Even after waiting for 3-4 hours without water, tea or any food keshav decided to leave.

He gave piece of paper with mangoes sketched on it and said, I have to leave give this gift to your father and inform I was here.

Son said you came for the first time at our home I should give you return gift.

Keshav thought I will accept this return gift take to my village and show villagers I am the best minger than anybody.

He said to jay's son okay I will accept your return gift I am getting late.

Son was also sharp he moved his fingers in air and made shape of 6 mongoes and said kindly accept these 6 mongoes as return gift, have safe journey.

Now keshav got shocked with the return gift. He thought son is so sharp his father must be sharper than him. He thought I gave piece of paper he didn't gave that also.

After some time jay came to his house his son was happy to report how he showed his mingling in his absence.

As he showed how he made 6 mongoes in air as return gift. Jay got angry in him and said

"can't you have managed to give smaller mangoes why you gave bigger mangoes"
