For a long, heavy moment they stared at one another. Neil waited for Andrew to turn him away with two fingers pushing at his cheek, to sharply tell him to stop looking at him like that, to do something that would distract him from the golden warmth swelling in his chest that he stubbornly wouldn't put a name to. It felt like a dream, like home, like forever and to a former runaway that was a startlingly new and frightening concept. He'd already lived a year longer than he thought he would. How many more years would he get? How much larger would this feeling in his chest grow? Was he really allowed to keep this?

So I started animating this many months back (while reading this awesome Andreil fanfic ) but a lot of things happened along the way and distracted me or took up my time. I wouldn’t say it’s finished even now but it’s as finished as it can be. I will most probably not find the inspiration to work on it more. But I am currently rereading the The Foxhole Court series AND working on a lot of new fanart. I don’t know how much I will post here but if I think it’s appropriate I will :)
