Day 1 of #inktober2018 is "Poisonous"

This is actually a precursor to last year's Day 3 prompt of "Poison" (or was it Poisonous again?)

Tried out Kyle Webster's "Smooth Criminal" brush to digitally ink this one - really like it!

(man I had been planning on traditionally inking my webcomic, but dang if this might just change my mind)

Had to check on a few festival guidelines to make sure I could show this and still submit my film once it's done, and it looks like we're good - so without further ado, here's a trailer for the film I've been putting my blood, sweat, and tears into these last few semesters: A trailer for my thesis film Closing Papers - made for and shown at my school's 2018 LAFF (LCAD Animation Film Festival)

A family tragedy has left Cliff with some difficult decisions to make concerning his niece Mari, who makes some rash decisions of her own. Will everything work out? Or are some things too broken to fix?

The answers to those questions will be revealed in 2019 with my film's completion
