This is from my main blog. I know I wanted to bring this blog back to life but recent events have given me the realization that moving my content elsewhere would be best.
I reccomend following me on twitter so that when I decide where this blog's stuff will go, you can be informed.
Find Me Elsewhere
Tumblr has the type of community I would like to reach with future art, but the platform itself is unstable. If recent events dont lead to tumblr-pocalypse, something else in the future will. With that in mind, Im going to start moving away from tumblr.
If you would like to follow me and my future endeavors (both artistic and generic) you can find me posting more frequently on the following platforms:
Twitter- @megaelychan
Instagram- elijah.chan
If you want to contact me in a more direct way, my Discord tag is Stormer#7303.
I will be reblogging this post a few times over the next couple of days so that all my followers have a chance to find me if they choose to.
Tumblr changed my life, but I am not going to wait around for Tumblr to eventually collapse entirely to move on with my life.

Keep My Name Out of Your Mouth -Spell-
Tumblr media
We’ve all experienced gossip at some point, and sometimes we know exactly who is spreading the word. For those situations, I have a little chant that I have found effective to stop the person from speaking ill of you.
1). Focus on the person you wish to affect, maybe have their picture or something reminiscent of them.
2). Say the following while holding your focus
“I suggest my name you keep out of your mouth,
Or your reputation will be the one to go south.
For as you tarnish my name,
Yours will experience threefold the same.”
Note: You do not have to use threefold, as I know some people are uncomfortable with it. I simply use it to strengthen the effect of the spell.

'Robotic Skins' turn everyday objects into robots
When you think of robotics, you likely think of something rigid, heavy, and built for a specific purpose. New “Robotic Skins” technology developed by Yale researchers flips that notion on its head, allowing users to animate the inanimate and turn everyday objects into robots.
Tumblr media
Developed in the lab of Rebecca Kramer-Bottiglio, assistant professor of mechanical engineering & materials science, robotic skins enable users to design their own robotic systems. Although the skins are designed with no specific task in mind, Kramer-Bottiglio said, they could be used for everything from search-and-rescue robots to wearable technologies. The results of the team’s work are published today in Science Robotics.

Dkbzisnbskenehsjbs TECHNO WITCHES!! POSSIBLE FAMILIAR!! LOOOOOK!!!
Attention Tumblr: Very soon you'll be able to buy a REAL autonomous robot that isn’t crazy expensive!
Somehow I haven’t seen any other posts about this on Tumblr so far, but a company called Anki is making a small “home robot” called Vector.
youtube
It’s the successor to Anki’s Cozmo, a similar robot they released a few years ago aimed more at a younger audience, and which needed a smartphone for it’s “brain”. But unlike Cozmo, Vector doesn’t need a smartphone since he’s pretty much got a smartphone built inside of him, and is always on & fully autonomous.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
He can recognize faces, tell you the weather, set a timer, and take a picture with his front camera. You can also ask him other questions like you would a voice assistant and he’ll give you an answer.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Also did I mention has touch sensors on top of him so you can pet him?
Tumblr media
You won’t have to wait very long to get him either because Vector is releasing in October!  Anki recently finished a successful Kickstarter to pre-order him, but you can still pre-order Vector over on their official site, and also read more info about him: https://www.anki.com/en-us/vector
He’s retailing for $249.99 at launch, but you can get him cheaper (little over $200) if you pre-order now. That might still be a bit pricey for some, but it’s cheaper than most quality smartphones these days, and certainly less expensive than other home robots on the market right now.
If you’ve ever dreamed of have a real robot in in your house without breaking the bank, you should support Anki and help give Vector a good home. He may be a small robot, but he might be the next big leap in robotics!

This blog is going to be moved
At first I wanted to merge all my blogs back onto my main, but I want to continue to create resources and references for technowitches since there isn't much out there, and I don't want fellow technomancers to have to sift through 20+ meme reblogs to find a technomancy post x'D
So this blog is going into hiatus (well it already was, but now its official) while I set up a non-tumblr blog site to move everything over to.
Thank you to everyone who reblogged, liked, and followed from this blog since its creation, and I'm sorry my upload frequency was so low ^.^" I hope when the new site is up you all will continue to enjoy my content and that more aspiring technomancers find what they are looking for.

Starting to wonder if I should nix my multiple blogs
I’m over here trying to think of a name for my terato/techno philia blog, all the whole worrying about producing content for my techno witchcraft blog or posting to my art blog. Meanwhile feeling shameful for the fact that I haven’t touched my anime blog in almost a year.
Should I just get rid of all of them and just put everything on this blog?
Pros: no more worrying about micromanaging content posting and re blogs. Having all the things I love on one blog.
Con’s: ….there could be a lot of nsfw which I’d prefer to filter off my main blog.
