Started reading James Swallow's 'Flight of The Eisenstein' The character of Captain Ignatious Grulgor of The Death Guard with his 2 Bolters left his helmet behind and let his lungs filter out the chlorine air.

He's a bit of an awesome bad guy and way too cool not to paint, so here's a WIP after a couple of hours

Gabriel Seth, eviscerating Xenos! Maaaaaan this was a lot of fun, I used to run Seth as a Blood Angels General a few years back, and he was the most fun glass cannon ever. Drop him out a StormRaven, headfirst, an Astartes Missile, and let him swing that chainsword round his head in the middle of some pitiful xenos >.<

I finally got round to reading 'The Dark Knight Returns'.... and HOLY AMAZEBALLS that was good! The incredible art really inspired me to go do an OTT painting of The Dark Knight

After painting a cutsey Godzilla yesterday, I really wanted to do a plushie style outfit ^_^

So that fairly lackluster Godzilla trailer came out today, where there is just silly amounts of dust and smoke hiding him. I think Godzilla is just upset that his smoking habit is getting him into trouble....

At work, I've been painting so much cutsey stuff recently, I had to turn the style onto something a bit more sinister!

This guy was meant to be just a lunch doodle, but took it a little further..

If you could give one piece of advice for artists, what would it be?

Practice, practice, practice! Cliched I know, but it holds true.

Though you do need to make the most of that practice, really study things, shake it up, get out of your safe zone
