How to be more confident ;)

My favorite saying is, “ fake it till you make it”. This is always easier said than done but here are some tips on how to feel and appear more confident.

* Create an alter ego. Give your character a name and write down how they act. Whenever you are in a stressful situation you can become that person.

* Eye contact. Force yourself to keep eye contact. Turn it into game and make them break eye contact first. This is such a power move.

* Good posture. Always walk with a straight back and your head held up. This will make you appear more confident.

* Nobody cares. Remember everyone only cares about themselves. Nobody’s thinking about what u said or did. So just be you and live your life how you want.

* Make a good first impression. Be kind, polite and genuine.

* Listen to affirmation podcasts. There’s are so many confidence boosting affirmation podcast. If u have a stressful situation coming listen to it the night before. The more you tell yourself you are amazing then eventually you will start to believe it.

* Put effort into your appearance. If you look good you will feel good. Take care of your hair, put an outfit you feel good in on, do a little bit of makeup if you want and always wear deodorant and perfume.

HOW TO LEARN TO BE MORE DELUSIONAL WHEN MANIFESTING

firstly, i don’t even know if i like the word *delusional* because in reality it isn’t really being delusional bc u already have it. ANYWAYS I DONT WANNA COMPLICATE ANYTHING SOO

just literally entertain random thoughts like you already have it until it becomes natural. for example, you want to be photogenic. what you would do, gi about your today, but as you are doing random tasks of your day think, “omg i am so photogenic” “wow i really do know how to pose” “i am so happy how i look flawless at every angle” etc. don’t force it though. Do it when it feels fun to do it to not hold any attachment.

i thinks that’s pretty much it but i might edit this later, and give it more detail, im just really tired atm so im just typing whatever comes to me in the moment.

How do you count the no of repetitions 😭😭

u better don't b4 u put pressure on urself omg. imo this challenge is just to help u how to PERSIST & repeat ur affs as much as possible! it's not u repeating it exactly 10k times that will manifest ur desires, it's u making it ur dominant thought by persisting & repeating it a lot!

my sister wrote an affirmation & copy pasted it 100x ans then listened to it whenever she wanted and didn't count how much she affirmed in the beginning. she just thought/affirmed everytime she was daydreaming abt smth else or anything. everytime she caught herself thinking abt it she IMMEDIATELY affirmed 100 times! she tried to ONLY affirm/think the whole day abt it. u could just be eating & then affirm n repeat n repeat n repeat the whole day until u have to do smth where u have to concentrate again e.g. studying. quite literally saturate ur mind! affirm + repeat EVERYTIME u think of it EVERYTIME ur mind wanders around making scenarios that are useless or shit AFFIRM! just constantly affirm, don't count it just makes it more like a chore + more difficult! just persist persist until u unconsciously started repeating ur affs in ur mind, keep going. make it the only thought in ur head. saturate ur mind so much that when u wake up ur very first thought is ur affirmation, affirm 45 minutes in the morning the moment u wake up & don't touch ur phone, persist persist persist. after abt 2 days it's gonna be VERY easy!

she spilled tbh it’s so interesting to see how everyone starts to realize these things at the same time like we really are each other pushed out we all have these synchronized epiphanies .. i literally ranted earlier on here about how we shouldn’t be waiting cause we are god and then I see this tweet… and in general we’ll realize shit and then even our favorite YouTubers will put out a video on that topic like we all connected frfr
