Laying in bed because it’s too hard to get up. It’s too hard to get up because you lack motivation. Lacking motivation so you stop getting ready. Stop getting ready so you stop taking care of yourself. Stop taking care of yourself so you fail to take care of things around you. Fail to take care of things around you so your family gets mad. Your family gets mad and you fight. You fight and shut them out. Shut them out while you shut down. You shut down and stop caring. You stop caring and things get worse.
