I don’t have much to say about her because she only appeared in the second episode of the Hazbin Hotel Show for only a few seconds to be a replacement model for Velvette and she never spoke. But she looked pretty cute in the different outfits that Velvette switches from, although I would prefer to wear the outfit that I drew her in. For some reason I kind of feel a connection to her, although it might be that we almost share the same name.

Character Inspiration Journal entry #1 (Husk from Hazbin Hotel

Honestly one of my favorite characters of all time, that I had to draw him in my sketchbook and talk about him first. To be honest I wasn’t really interested in Husk when the pilot for the show “Hazbin Hotel” owned by Vivziepop because he was grumpy and that gruff voice his previous voice actor before the show released back in January of this year, and I didn’t really like him. But then when the official show released on January and I saw all the scenes of him and suddenly I was suddenly head over heels with him after the show gave more background on him and soon enough I found myself thinking of Husk-centric fanfictions and posting some of them here, but I also mainly do sketches of him for future art projects. While I do like his current design, I would have preferred his pilot design because of the card designs that were incorporated into his wings, but I can understand why because animating the wings would have been difficult to do. While the popular HuskerDust ship is something I can understand people love and probably want canon and something I’m interested in, although for me, I would prefer the RadioHusk ship more and especially since I posted some RadioHusk fanfiction because I don’t see many of them, so I decided to make some myself

Character Inspiration Journal (description)

Back in October, I just bought myself a new sketchbook just because I loved the color. However, I got a couple of empty sketchbooks that I have collecting dust for many years (some being a couple of months) because I can’t seem to put whatever’s happening in my head that I can put on paper (whether it be fanart or not) and I thought this recent one felt like just another waste of my money. But before I even bought this new sketchbook, I was started to be interested in character design after being amazed by the character designs of characters from Helluva Boss and Hazbin Hotel, (both being owned by Vivziepop). There was something about her character designs of some of the characters I fell in love with that made me want to mimic her art style. But it wasn’t just Helluva Boss or Hazbin Hotel, there are other fandoms whose characters designs that I admire. But aside from the character designs, I admire the character profile that the creators made for them, and that’s when I realized what I should do with my new sketchbook. Not only would I would draw the characters that I admire their designs, but I would also post them here on tumblr and on Instagram showing the three process phases (sketch, inking, and the finished product) and sharing the things I loved about the character and the difficulties that I faced when drawing them.

Who knows? Maybe this character inspiration sketchbook idea will help you fill those empty pages of your sketchbook

Hazbin Hotel Radiohusk Hurt/Comfort Fanfiction

The Beginning (contains the hurt content)

-An alternate universe where Husk never became an overlord but still sells his soul to Alastor

-Alastor and Husk have started a relationship but Alastor wanted to keep it a secret because he wants to protect Husk

-Although, when alone they would cuddle together in bed and would do

-Alastor still disappears for 7 years and still forces Husk into working at the hotel

-Ever since he came back from those 7 years, Alastor has started treated Husk a bit badly especially when he pulled on Husks’ chain

-At first, Husk shook it off because he did anger Alastor that time Lucifer came for a visit and Alastor was already upset

-But after the battle and the hotel was rebuilt, Alastor has started to spend more time with the hotel members rather than spending some alone time with Husk but Husk decided to let it go and knew that he and Alastor would have some well deserved time alone together one day

-After a couple of days though, when he confronted Alastor about spending more time together, Alastor made sure that before heading downstairs they would have a couple of minutes of a make out session

-However when asked about when they can have a private date one day, Alastor said that it will be difficult to finding a day off because the hotel now has a couple of new residents to take care of and redeem but that he’ll try his best in the meantime to give him a couple of minutes of quality time just with Husk

-While he was glad that he was having a daily quality time with Alastor, Husk was still upset that they still couldn’t find a perfect day and time to have a romantic date

-Even when Alastor thought that he finally announced a perfect day, an event at the hotel would occur on the same day of their private date and Alastor would have to change it to another day

-But after a couple of months, Alastor had finally managed to find a perfect time and date and when that day finally came and when night fell Husk was getting ready for his long awaited date with Alastor

-After finishing up, he headed downstairs to meet with Alastor but before they could leave, the rest of the main Hazbin Hotel crew announced that they were going to be spending an amazing time at a jazz-themed place and asked Alastor and Husk if they wanted to come

-While Husk declined saying that he had plans, Alastor completely agreed to joining everyone else, completely forgetting that he and Husk were to be leaving for their date

-After Alastor and the rest do the group left for a fun time together, Husk becomes enraged that Alastor without a second thought agreed to going out with the rest of hotel members and completely forgetting about their date

-Tears started spilling out of his eyes and Husk starts questioning if Alastor still loves Husk ever since they first started working and living at the Hotel and if Alastor ever loved him at all or was it all just for the deer’s pure entertainment and make a fool out of Husk

-Suddenly out of nowhere, a weird purple glow had struck Husk causing him to lose consciousness and thus falling backwards

-But before he could hit the hard ground, a mysterious figure in a cloak appeared out of the shadow of the Hotel catching Husk before he fell on the hard ground and carried Husk bridal-style while wiping the tears from Husks’ eyes

-Soon, a couple more mysterious figures appeared from the shadows and upon seeing that their mission was complete, all of them had magically transported somewhere with Husk still unconscious in the arms of the first mysterious figure

The Date ( The final part)

As Vivian and Aurora were secretly escorting Husk and Alastor out of the main lobby, they eventually met up at their destination. Upon seeing each other, both Husk and Alastor were shocked and both were demanding an explanation for everything to which both Vivian and Aurora agreed

Aurora: Well the first part will be explained by Vivian since she witnessed it

Alastor and Husk: Witnessed what

Vivian: Well it all started on our very first day when I was asking Husk what he wanted to wear for the costume contest, but he didn’t seem interested in it because he was looking at you Alastor, so I thought there was something going on between you and Husk. It wasn’t until that night on our first day here that I overheard Husk complaining about how you and Husk were to have a date together but that it was always pushed back to another time because Charlie was having a get together with everyone on those same days, and he felt like you didn’t care about him anymore because even though you two are in a relationship you kept it to yourselves and you seemed more interested in spending time with everyone else rather than being alone with him, and I interpreted it as him craving for some quality time with just you and him.

Upon hearing that, Husk immediately covers his face with his hands because of how embarrassed he is

Vivian: After hearing everything, I thought that maybe I could help you both out by planning everything out, but it turned out that there was so much work to do in such a short amount of time since I had to also make Husks’ costume which would double as an outfit for the date, and I ended up neglecting my heath to which Aurora and the other girls took notice and questioned me about it. I ended up telling them everything and that they all agreed to help me out to make it easier for me and that I could work on Husks’ dress, and everything we discussed had all led to now. Please don’t be mad at Husk

After hearing everything, Alastor decided to break the silence by clearing his throat and began patting Vivian on her head.

Alastor: Thank you for telling me everything my dear. Now if you’ll excuse me, I must ask that the both of you must leave so that my dear Husker and I can enjoy the night that you all prepared for us

Responding with nods, Vivian and Aurora headed back to the main lobby to interact with everyone else, Upon them closing the door behind them, Alastor turns his head showing a sincere and apologetic smile plastered on his face to look back at Husk who was blushing for being embarrassed and feeling guilty about his actions and thoughts being revealed

Alastor: Don’t feel sorry my darling kitten, for I’m the one who I am the one who should be apologizing for not spending enough time with you when I made it clear when we got together that I would do everything in my power to make you happy in this hellscape, and it looks like I’m failing in that one right now because of the lack of alone time we have together. But it will change tonight because for now on, I will make sure to spend more time with you as much as possible and if the others find out about our relationship, I will make sure to protect you and make it clear to everyone that you belong to me and if anyone dares harm you in any way, they will meet their demise by my hands. But for now let’s enjoy what these lovely fashionistas have prepared for us for this lovely occasion. (Offers his hand out to Husk) May I?

Husk: … (blushing but smiles softly) you may

And with that Husk and Alastor enjoy the lovely gift they have received from the 9 fashionistas, but knew that this wouldn’t have happened if Vivian hadn’t tried to help them out with their lack of time together, and thanked her for this. If she didn’t know about this, then their relationship would have been shattered. Luckily, she was there to help sort out their problems and from that day on, Alastor would vow to make his adorable kitten the happiest he can be in this hellscape

(The Contest and Party: Part 3)

As the night rises, Vivian’s mom and her friend arrive at the hotel and are greeted by both Charlie and Vaggie who are both dressed as cute witches

Vivian’s mom: How adorable both of you are

Charlie & Vaggie: Thank you

Charlie: (Claps her hands together) Without further ado, let the costume judging begin!!!

As we have already seen Vaggie and Charlie’s costumes, next up is Angel Dust in his Queen of the heart dress.

Second is Nifty as a zombie followed by Sir Pentious and his Egg Bois dressed as plague doctors

After him, a cannon is heard and jumping from the stairs appears Cherri bomb in a buccaneer pirate costume

To no one from the hotels surprise as the King of Hell himself appears, he is clearly wearing a cut ducky costume

Coming from the shadows appears Alastor in his elegant vampire costume and especially with that cape

While she was admiring these costumes, Vivian’s mother was wondering where her and the model she was working the costume for were. Meanwhile everyone else was commenting on the elegant style of Alastor’s costume, Vaggie realizes that Husk was the only one left

Out of nowhere, the lights of the main lobby have suddenly turned off, and everyone was panicking. Soon enough, they heard Vivian’s voice assuring everyone that everything was alright and that it was her that caused the lights to go out because of the announcement to everyone to her hard work and dedication to making Husks’ costume and when the lights have turned back on revealed Husk at the center everyone was at a lost for words

Clearly seeing Husk being uncomfortable by the silence, Vivian’s mom gave a clap clearly impressed by the costume that she new her daughter made because her daughter had always told her that she wanted to make this dress one day to make her proud and she was, to which everyone else had followed, making it clear that Husk won this competition, to which made Husk blush.

After about half an hour of being bombarded with questions, Husk and Vivian were finally able to relax a little, while her mom’s friend was entertaining everyone at the hotel and her mom was talking to Lucifer and Charlie. Upon seeing this, Vivian saw this as an opportunity to initiate the plan, so with a signal that she informed Aurora of, they managed to escort both Alastor and Husk out of the main lobby without anyone noticing.

The Day of the Party!!!🎉 (Part 2: The Costume Contest, the Party and the Private Date)

The night of the costume contest has finally arrived and with everyone finished setting up everything for the big night, all members of the hotel are meeting up with their fashionistas in their respective rooms to dress up in their secret costumes for the costume contest

Cutting to the scene with Husk and Vivian

Vivian: Please, cover your eyes … you’ll be surprised at the costume I made for you

Husk: (sighs) guess I’ve got no choice but to wear the costume since I said that you could make anything you want. But when you say to cover my eyes, I’ve got a bad feeling of what you came up with. (Sighs again and covers his eyes). Well let’s just get this over with.

With a snap of her fingers, Vivian immediately changed Husk into his costume

Vivian: Ok, you can open your eyes now

Husk opens his eyes and when he looks at himself at the mirror in his room, he is in immediate shock

Husk: (stutters for about a minute and immediately starts crying)

Vivian: Husk, are you ok, what’s wrong why are you crying?

Husk: I didn’t think that anyone would figure out that a red butterfly was one of my favorite animals and that I wanted to be one for Halloween when I was on earth… (sniffles)… I don’t think that I ever said this to anyone ever since I descended onto hell but … thank you (immediately hugs her)

Vivian: (Is shocked by Husk hugging her because he is usually grumpy during the couple of days she was here, but decides to let it go and hugs back)

After a while they stopped hugging and immediately Vivian remembers something

Vivian: Actually, it still needs one more thing to be officially complete (reveals a beautiful fire-themed butterfly mask and puts it on Husk) There, now it’s officially complete. Are you ready?

Husk: Ready. Will you escort me?

Vivian: Of course

(With that, both leave Husk’s room to the main lobby for the contest

The day has final arrived!!! 👻Happy Halloween!!!🎃 (Part 1)

After a couple of days, Halloween has finally arrived and everyone is super excited for the costume contest and party. But everyone had to help out preparing for the party, while the fashionistas were finishing up the final touches to the costumes. Although they were finished with their costumes yesterday, so they used this opportunity to hatch a plan so that no one else from the hotel would disturb the secret private romantic date for Husk and Alastor. To her complete surprise, Vivian was shocked to hear that her mom would be the surprise guest as the judge for the costume contest because she hasn’t seen her ever since she was 8 years old. This was mainly because her mother is a well-known fashion designer in all of hell and she wanted to provide for her ever since her fathers death which she could understand why but they couldn’t spend enough time so she was under the care of the other 8 fashionistas who she considered family. From that day on, she would work hard everyday to learn how to become a fashion designer just like her mom to make her proud. Although she was a bit nervous about how her mother would react to the design of the costume that she had made especially for Husk considering that Husk wasn’t the one that requested it and she could only imagine his reaction to seeing his costume. But this was to help both him and Alastor spend some alone time together, right? After learning through the phone call about how she was excited to see Vivian again after a couple of years being apart and that she would bring her old friend from when they were kids, Vivian knew that the distraction tool would be taken care of because her mom’s friend was a well known singer and that most demons would be mesmerized by how well she could hit those high notes. So with this in mind, she knew that while everyone else was watching her mom’s friend singing, Vivian, and Aurora would secretly escort Husk and Alastor to their long-due alone time together for the rest of this Halloween night

Remembering what they promised to do first thing when they woke up, they decided to find Vivian in order to talk to her about what’s going on, and sure enough they found her in the kitchen grabbing a quick snack, wanting to head back to her room, but was immediately stopped the 9 fashionistas.

Aurora: Viv, we know that you take your work very seriously ever since you recently started working with us a few weeks back, and that’s amazing, especially since your only 12 years old, and you’ve been making outfits when you were only 8 years old. But you have to know that while doing your job is important, it is also important to maintain your relationships with your loved ones, even in a place like hell, and you also have to take care of your health both physically and mentally. But we all noticed that ever since the second day we’ve been staying at this place, you have been spending less time with us, those bags under your eyes as if you haven’t been getting enough sleep, and have started eating less. We’re all worried about you, so please tells us what’s wrong, and we can help you with whatever it is you are going through?

Knowing them well that they will keep on pestering her until she spills the beans, she decides to tell them everything, and after listening to the whole story, they all decided to help Vivian out with her secret plan for Husk and Alastor to have a romantic private date while everyone else was having a great time at the party. While the other 8 girls would prepare the things for the date, Aurora would try to find out from Alastor what he likes, so that she could inform the other girls so that they could make the chosen place for the date something that both Alastor and Husk would enjoy the atmosphere of the room. All the while, Vivian would be able to get enough sleep, eating enough food and spending time with everyone, but also making sure that Husk’s outfit is finished and with glamorous results

Vivian (who is the name for Fashionista #9) soon realizes that this big idea that she believed will be able to solve her two problems, she didn’t realize the amount of work she had to put in to make this plan work. While she was able to find an inspiration for Husks’ dress/costume and get his measurements to get started on it, she also had to prepare all the many things to make this little private date a huge success for Husk and Alastor. However, there were too many things to do and because of this, she has to spend less time on spending time with others, sleep, and even eating a couple of times in order to get enough time for planning and finishing the costume/dress. This worries the rest of her fashionista friends, mainly Aurora (the one who is designing Alastor’s vampire costume) and all have decided that they were to figure out the problem the next day first thing in the morning.

After finding out about Husk’s secret relationship with Alastor and their lack of spending romantic time together, Fashionista #9 is trying to come up with a way to help them spend time together, but is also feeling the pressure of how close the Halloween Party is coming, and she hasn’t even figured out what costume to make for Husk. It was then that the other 8 fashionistas have told her that they are going out to take a nice break before going back to work on the costumes. Although she was having a good time, she couldn’t stop thinking about her double predicament with Husk’s costume and trying to find a day to prepare a secret romantic date for Husk and Alastor. It was then that she heard one of her fashionista friends saying that a single good idea would be able to solve multiple problems. So with that statement in mind she decided that she would design a dress for Husk’s Halloween costume that would also serve as his outfit that he would wear for his secret private romantic date with Alastor that would happen on Halloween night because while everyone else was busy having a good time at the party, Alastor and Husk would be having a romantic night together without any . She now needs to get everything ready for this special time for Alastor and Husk.

10 Days until the Halloween party (part 2)

The 9 fashionistas are having dinner together and talking about how this costume designing is already a blast because of how creative their candidates are. The fashionistas, minus the one for Husk, have immediately started thing about the designs for their assigned costumes and have already found the perfect fabric for them, so now they’ll be able to start early the next morning. They decided to ask the youngest one working with Husk how everything is going and she decides to lie to them that she already started preparing the outfit and tells them that she’s going to be sleeping right now so she can get up early tomorrow and continue working on her assigned costume. But after a few hours, she suddenly wakes up at 12 in the morning and decides to have a little snack before going back to bed until she hears Husk’s voice in what appears to be his room. Using her powers she manages to go through the walls in order to hear what is keeping Husk awake and finds out something interesting

Husk: This has been about the 16th time when the Princess has announced an event for everyone to participate in, which just so happens to be the same day that Alastor and I would have had our private date, and of course he rather schedule it another day and have a good time with everyone

Fashionista #9: (A private date? Could Husk and Alastor be… lovers?)

Husk: I mean… there’s nothing wrong with spending time with everyone else at the hotel… heck I even got some new drinking buddies to talk to. But after all of these events happening practically on days where Alastor and I would have our private dates for too long and forgets about them… I’m starting to wonder if he even loves me back or we started this relationship just for his own cruel entertainment. But I still love him, and deep down I know he wants to keep our relationship a secret to protect me from any harm. I just wish we could have our romantic date one day. Well time to head to sleep

After Husk goes to sleep, fashionista #9 heads back to her room and ponders about what she heard.

Fashionista #9: So Husk and Alastor are in a relationship with each other, but Alastor wants to keep it on the downside order to protect Husk, but Husk is feeling a bit neglected because of these events Charlie keeps planning for everyone. I wish there’s something that I can do, but what?

I’m going to have to keep a close eye on Husk and his relationship with Alastor. Maybe there’s something happening between them that I’m not seeing.

With Halloween just a few days away, Charlie decides that everyone at the Hotel (including Lucifer and Cherri Bomb) would have to wear costumes for a little judging competition for best costume and after that hold a Halloween party for the night. But she then realizes that everyone won’t be able to finish their costumes in time along because of their schedules, so she decides to hire 9 well-known fashionistas for everyone participating. However, things will get interesting from here because the costumes of the participant and their respective fashionista will have to be kept secret from everyone else until the day of the judging and Halloween party arrives.

A post on what everyone wants to be for Halloween will be posted soon. So for now I got to work on their costumes, but they’ll probably be finished after Halloween😔

(The story of the relationship through Husk’s pov)

Part 4 (Finale)

Everything was back to normal between me and Alastor and he came to me one morning with some special news. Apparently, there’s this festival that happens every year on Valentine’s Day where there’s a legend where if you confess your feelings to someone you wish to have in your life forever, then it actually comes true and a great occasion for those in a relationship, and Alastor invited me over to have our private date. I immediately accepted his offer because I knew that day would be my chance to tell him how I wish to be by his side forever and my dream of marrying him would finally come true. Especially since no one would be around to ruin our moment together. Even though I never told them about my secret relationship with Alastor, Blitz and Octavia apparently found out, even Vox and Valentino, when no one else didn’t put the pieces together. Blitz and Octavia helped out by recommending a place where Alastor and I could have our date in private, while Vox and Valentino got Velvette to take my measurements and make me a dress just for the occasion. I was hesitant about wearing a dress because I never wore one before since I’m not the one to cross dress and that I wouldn’t be able to pull it off like Angel would. But when Valentine’s Day finally came today, the dress was ready and had to head to the Vees tower to put it on to surprise Alastor, I was in complete shock about how pretty I looked in it. Velvette did a fantastic job on the dress I had to admit, but I was still hesitant in calling myself beautiful. But the 3 Vees and their workers were commenting how beautiful I looked so much so that Travis and Blitz mistook me for a woman. So much so that Valentino had to summon his minions to hold Travis down. I was ready for my date with Alastor and the 3 Vees wanted to escort me in private to my hotel room along with Blitz & Octavia, but we had to be very careful so we don’t cause panic at the hotel which would cancel my date with Alastor. We managed to hide the Vees with some kind of invincibility magic while Blitz and Octavia escorted me to the main hotel lobby where Alastor and advised me to stay at the door while the Vees were keeping an eye on me. It was then that I overheard a conversation between the two of them and Alastor about if Alastor ever thought about having a romantic kind of life in the future because they’re wondering if we’re in a relationship. I thought that my wish of finding love would come true, but then I heard Alastor say that idea was preposterous and that we were nothing more than that just drinking buds, and master & pet, but when he says that he makes it sound like that us being in a relationship was a joke. The anger that I thought was gone ignited once again after finding that everything that Alastor & I did together were all lies that were for his own entertainment. I let out a scream of rage before flying away from the hotel to where Alastor & I would have had our date, and upon landing I immediately burst into tears & I was so upset that I didn’t realize that I started feeling cold & heard some voices before finding out that I was in a block of ice. I always thought that Alastor & I would be happy together & one day be wed but I guess I was wrong. I was so angry that Alastor had played me like a fool that all the ice around me had been crushed and I knew I would get some revenge on him with this newfound rage coursing through me.
