NEXT WEIGHT CHECK
1st April.
That's it. One month. I will not step on the scale before that. I love myself and don't need to measure my self worth by obsessing over a goddamn number.

So i weighed in last thursday and the number i saw made me really happy!!! I had lost 3 kg in 3 weeks, i hadn't seen my scale go down in years!!!!
But when i weighed my self today it showed me i have lost two kgs instead of four. And now i am demoralized
When i started one month ago i told myself that this time i will not give myself deadlines, that i will enjoy this journey and not get obsessed with numbers like i did the last times. But here i am again. I really need to stop depending on the scale .
I am more than that.
So now on i will weigh myself really less, like every 15 days or once a month.
