Guys I’m getting real into LMK it’s not even funny. I just started season 3, and (!!!SMALL SPOILER ALERT!!!) when Monkey King and MK had to flee the city, I got a little emotional. I didn’t cry, but my eyes got that weird tingly feeling that you get when you’re about to tear up. So, yeah, this show is great. I don’t think I have any characters that I genuinely hate, or at least not yet. Except maybe Lady Bone Demon, but even then, I at least find her interesting.

ANYWAYS, new oc. She’s a demon, and Red Son’s best friend, in a way. They’re chill. And she basically works like a siren, and can sing really well, and hypnotize people and stuff.

LMK OC’S (Kinda)

I didn’t draw them, but instead I used a picrew thingy, just for a rough draft. So, it’s not exact, but it’s as close as I could get with what I had.

The first one is Zhao, which I already kinda mentioned. She’s trained by Macaque, and she’s a fan dancer. The second is Xin, and her whole delio is that she is actually Yin and Jin’s younger sister. She’s only like- 3 years younger, but still young.

ALSO I WAS TODAY YEARS OLD WHEN I FOUND OUT SUN WUKONG(English) IS VOICED BY THE DUB VERSION FOR GOKU??? I KNEW HE SOUNDED FAMILIAR, PLUS MACAQUE IS ALSO THE VOICE OF SMOKED CHEESE COOKIE?!?

HEADCANONS PT. 1

IM DOING A SMALL SERIES OF HEADCANONS FOR MY OCS AND OTHER CHARACTERS THAT RELATE TO THEM, BOTH SERIOUS AND STUPID

FIRST IS A CHARCTER IS ONE OF MY LMK OCS; ZHAO. FOR SOME CONTEXT SHE IS A FAN DANCER, WHO CAN ALSO FIGHT AND IS MACAQUE’S SUCCESSOR

Macaque’s training is torturous, and he makes her do basic cardio and other exercises, like running laps, jumping jacks, pushups, etc.

Zhao has invited Macaque many times to see her shows, and the one time he came, he was genuinely amazed by how talented she was in her performance.

She’s deathly afraid of shots, and would rather die of tetanus than get one small shot.

Macaque likes to lightly wack her in the head with either his hands or his staff whenever she’s being stupid or anything.

She gets very emotional watch sad movies, and Macaque has had to sit through her BAWLING while watching Isle of Dogs.

The first time she ever met Wukong, she tried to beat him up and stuff, but he barely noticed, and kinda just kicked her away, which knocked her out,

MK and her unironically fight like siblings, and might as well be tbh.

Naturally, Zhao is very good at cosmetology, and one time she tried to put lipstick on Macaque when he was asleep, but he woke up and made her sleep outside(in the middle of the night he felt bad so he snuck her back inside).

Her go to attack is drop kicking. She loves doing it, for literally no reason.

Macaque has had to save her many a time because whenever she sees a wild cat, her delusions tell her she could train it like they do in movies and stuff, and then she starts trying to give it fish or something.

Zhao grew up in basically an almost sort of cult, but for fan dancing, so she never went to school and stuff. So, for the first few months of training her, Macaque had to teach her how to properly write and read, as well as stuff like history, and unfortunately, math.

She has a very strong gag reflex, and even the smallest bad smell or disgusting sight is enough to make her feel dizzy.

Her and Macaque don’t exactly have a father-daughter relationship, but it’s kinda close. Basically like any other platonic mentor-student dynamic.

Seriously though, for as big as a Cuphead fan I am, I’ve never heard this song before. Not for an edit, not for an animatic, nothing.

The only part that is even in the show is the beginning part before the lyrics.

DARK CACAO RANT

Quick disclaimer, I haven’t finished Episode 13 or 14 so if I get something wrong please tell me.

I’m actually so tired of people portraying Dark Cacao as a genuinely bad person. Yes, he did bad things to his son, but it was in self defense. And it’s been both implied and directly shown many times he regrets it, and misses him, and wants Dark Choco Cookie to come back.

But that’s not even the worst of it. I see pieces of media that shows him as sexist, or homophobic, and heartless, and it just makes me so annoyed when I see people portraying one of my favorite characters as a bad guy.

Basically, to sum it up; Yes, he’s made mistakes. But isn’t that kinda a good thing? This might be a personal thing, but I’d rather have an imperfect hero than one that is 100% pure hearted and has no regrets at all.
