i like very much to talk about this Morgana promotional pic from s5!

look at the details of the skirt!

from detailed black lacework, to a more solid-looking layer! to a green underskirt that reminds us of her green gowns from camelot. the edges are frayed and very worn down too. this implies to me that she cobbled up these clothes from scraps and it may have been built on top of each other over time!

a lot have been said about her bodies so i won't draw any attention to that. in this angle you can see a glimpse of the triskelion pendant! that means this morgana picture is from series 5!

Lastly her hood. There are rough patches all around it. To me, the implication is that these are tears which she has had to mend by using the scraps of cloth that she has from other parts of her dress.

this is very in-character our cunning and resourceful queen who got herself and her dragon out of prison, usurped and enslaved a kingdom, and took over their known world through all means necessary

morgana's clothes are really a form characterization unto itself!
