Today I woke up feeling terrible. Of course I jumped on the scale and I was in weighing in at 241!! The heaviest I have been in over 3 years. I am extremely disappointed in myself for letting it go this far.
I am making some positive changes to get myself on track and see this weight finally go forever!!

Damn today was a really great day!
Cardio//Legs//Laundry//Meal Prep//Closet Organization//Phone Interview//New Years Plans Set//Lashes//House Cleaning//Bills
Today was nonstop day but I got every done without a hitch.
Tomorrow I have to workout, set a meeting, then I have a friend coming into town for the weekend.
I really need to prep myself for not drinking this weekend and to stay on track with my program!! I need to get these pounds gone!!

currently i am at 234.5 lbs, the heaviest i have been in 7 months. my ideal body weight is to get back to 190 and 23% body fat. I really need to keep it together this time and stay on track. i have less than 4 weeks until on of my best friends birthdays in tennessee. we leave on monday the 10.24.16..

a new beginning
i dont know the last time i was on this site, but i need something to help me cope and express myself. since january i have gained more than 40 lbs and i am not happy about it. my bulimia has gotten worst along with the amount of binging that goes along with it. i can not seem to keep myself focus or motivated to stay on track.
getting my thoughts out is something i hope will let me get back to me.
