I'm curious, what was it like when Axe first showed up and met everyone else? How'd they react to each other?

Oh, that's the topic of a future side-story, but I can talk a bit about it now!

Axe and Sweet arrived fairly recently all things considered, and after a short exchange with the classics and the UF brothers (who were presents, along with Alphys. So you can imagine why that'd be a problem), completely destroyed the machine.

It left quite a memorable impression all the people involved. It could have gotten out of hand too, but the HTs were in critical condition and collapsed before things took a turn for the worse!

How would Mel and the rest feel if they met Bitty versions of themselves? A bitty mel would be so cute!

In the context of TMS, it would just be an added source of stress tbh xD It's one thing to deal with a bunch of regular (or slightly bigger) skeletons, but bittys are another story altogether.

It also depends on what kind of bitty we're talking about and whether they're able to communicate well! *Some* might consider them as pets or hard to deal with if they're not independent enough.

As for a bitty Mel, I've gotcha *thumbs up*

-they tend to be on the short size but enjoy big spaces the best since they can move around and find hidden spots

-it's recommended to get them a bitty friend of the same species or agaster type so they don't get lonely. If it's not possible, be sure to gift them lots of scarves to compensate.

-they do a lot of staring and glaring but they're overall friendly and require little assistance on a daily basis. They also get along well with children but will get into fights with bitties they're unfamilliar with

-their bones scar easily so be sure to keep an eye on any new crack

Axe is not amused XD mel and axe playing a hunting game would be interesting (a video game not an actual one)

Aw, but why? Nothing like a thrilling game of Hide and Seek in the woods with these two... They're "it" btw /menacingly

As for some insight on what's on Axe mind:

Blue has a way with words and many tricks up his sleeves when it comes to drawing attention away from something. Axe knows that and let it go if he's in the mood.

Right now... You could say he's debating whether or not he's amused enough to play along xD

I get the sense Horror Sans exclusively might be able to tell Mel's LV without needing to use the stats window. A combination of predator instinct and intelligently reading them.

He can't quantify it in his condition, but feel it? Absolutely, and more accurately than the others. Same goes for Mel, even the SF and UF bros to some extent.

Scars and broken skull are dead giveaways, but it's easy to recognize another "predator".

I'm curious if axe and Mel ever like fought who would win? I can see Mel using her training to her advantage

In terms of brute force, Axe has a massive advantage over Mel, so things are bound to turn ugly the second he hits her, even once. An easy win. On the other hand, it's a fact that Mel has more combat experience and technique. Would it be enough to give her the upper hand in a battle to the death? Depending on how much stamina she has left and Axe's overall condition, it just might.
